OLİMPİA ADA BEACH

It wasn’t really worth going to this beach. Although it’s marked as a public beach on the map, it feels much more like a private one — and honestly, it’s more like a duck pond than a real beach. It’s small and concrete, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are placed on a moving, uneven wooden pier. The water is very cold — though that’s not their fault — but it’s also quite dirty, making it unpleasant to swim in. The whole area is fenced off from the open sea, which is fine, but there are far better, more beautiful, and more open beaches on other parts of the island. And it’s expensive too... There is a restroom, shower and Wi-Fi available, although the signal isn’t very strong. From the shore, you can see both the Asian and European sides of Istanbul. Overall, since I only spent one day on the island, I was able to spend a few hours here because the beach is close to the town. But if you’re staying here for a longer vacation, I’d definitely recommend choosing another beach on the other side of the island.

Büyükadanın en güzel plajlarından biri diyebilirim. Gayet temiz ve konforlu. Ben sevdim, kaldığım otel de çok yakındı. Adanın bu kadar güzel bir yerinde hem plaj hem otel olduğunu bilseydim direkt burayı tercih eder konaklamayı da burada yapardım. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok ilgililer. Aldığım hizmetten gayet memnunum teşekkür ederim. Fakat önemli bir ayrıntıya değinmek isterim; Biz ailecek gittik, fakat İranlı iki insan baya karşımızda çıplak bir şekilde birlikte oldu. Personel uyarmak istedi, ama üst yetkilileri karışmamasını ve sadece işini yapmasını söyledi. Çalışanlarınıza kulak verip desteklerseniz daha iyi bir işletme olacağınıza eminim. Teşekkürler.

Мы отдыхали на этом пляже в середине сентября, нам очень понравилось! Западное побережье, солнце на пляже до самого вечера ☀️ Комфортные лежаки, чистая прозрачная вода, достаточная глубина, можно нырять с понтонов????персонал очень дружелюбный, мы благодарны за вкусный кофе ???? Обязательно вернемся ????

Tourist trap, don’t let the photos fool you. 600 lira per person for an old rundown wooden dock that is mostly rusted. 200 lira for a towel if you don’t have one already, over priced drinks, unkept toilets with too many spiders, everything is in a state of decay and needs some maintenance. Charging that much for a “beach” is pretty insane. Not sure if you can find a better place to swim around here but I’d recommend finding one of you can.

600 лиры с человека, это много для такого неопрятного места. Вода зелёная и грязная, туалеты грязные, за полотенца дополнительно нужно платить ???? под ногами ржавые железки с торчащими острыми краями. Не советую, ужасное место. Обманчивые фото!

The staff were nice and location was good. You can walk here fron ferry station. The water was not clean as in many cimments. Jellyfish also. The toilets were not that clean. The benches were good and clean. Cash only for the entrance but the bar accepts card. It is sbetter thabk nothing but it is not worth the price.

Входът е 600 TL, което е доста висока цена за това, което получаваш. Водата не беше особено чиста – което не зависи от самите собственици – но поддръжката на плажа определено може да бъде много по-добра. Стълбите за слизане бяха силно замърсени, тоалетната изглежда не е почиствана от месеци, а и кабинките за преобличане бяха в ужасно състояние – дори имаше изрязани нокти вътре. Подът е нестабилен и скърца, а на места беше оцапан с нечистотии. Достатъчно е само една пароструйка, за да се поддържа чистота, но усещането беше сякаш мястото е изоставено. Имаше и люлка, която е начупена и опасна – по-добре би било изобщо да се махне. Като цяло плажът не оправдава цената и не бих го посетил отново.

Szabadon hozzáférhető strandként szerepel a Google térképen, viszont egy elég gyenge magánstrand. Csak készpénzzel lehet fizetni, 600 líra a belépő, a bárban nincs kaja.

The elevator and wi-fi were working, the kitchen was good, and the staff were very friendly. There were hardly any people, so it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The beach could be maintained a bit better, cleaned from seaweed and jellyfish that’s why some people leave instead of staying. The price was 750 lira on the weekend, which is less than the neighboring beach that charges 900 lira for the same days.
