Eşimle birlikte 2 gün öncesinde obilet firması üzerinden kapadokya seyehatimiz için araç kiraladık. Geleceğimiz saati bilmelerine rağmen bizi karşılamaya gelen olmadı ve üstüne 09.00 da gelmesi gereken araç 0920 de geldi. Havalimanı otoparkında araca kadar gittik. Gelen kişi rezervasyonumuz opel corsa araca ait olmasına rağmen eski model fiat fiorino getirdi, ve bizim rezerve ettiğimiz aracın lastiğinin patladığını mecburiyetten fiorino ayarladıklarını söylediler. Şok içinde kaldık, araç leş gibiydi 1 saat soğukta araç bekledik gelen kişinin tavrı da hoş değildi. Araçta sigorta fiyatını en düşükten vereceğini belirtti. Araç şirketin günlük kullandığı araçtı resmen sigara kokuyordu. Bu kadar mağduriyet üzerine havalimanında başka bir firmadan 2 katı fiyata araç kiralamak zorunda kaldık , asla tavsiye etmiyorum obilet gibi bir firmanın bu tür şirketleri bulundurmaları da mağduriyet yaratıyor ve google yorumlarsa gördüm ki daha önce de aynısını yapmışlar. asla tercih etmeyin.

Everything was really easy, in fact they literally went the extra mile for us! Note the following things please: - The deposit takes a little over 4 weeks to come back to your card. It is how it is, it comes back, there's nothing to worry about. We got the full deposit back. - The car doesn't come fully tanked, there's a bring it back how you received it policy. This is standard for many car hires, not just Nissa. - We got a different car than what we booked, but that's also standard practice with car hires, you get what's available at the time, and this is also stated in your booking, so we didn't feel cheated by it or anything. Our car was almost like a baby minivan, we thought it was quite funny. Our experience: - They were really nice to us, we booked the car from Nevsehir Airport, because we wanted to drop it off there before we flew out, however we were already staying at Goreme for several days at that point, and were planning to take airport transfer to pick up the car and drive it back to Goreme. They offered us to bring the car to their Goreme office free of charge, so we didn't have to travel to the airport and drive back. I never had anything like that offered to me, I thought it was very kind. - Likewise, when we dropped the car off, they drove us to the airport afterwards, so we didn't have to cross the road with our luggage. Many companies have regular shuttle buses you have to wait for, it was a nice touch that they personally drove us over. Great experience overall, 0 complaints!

Übergabe erfolgte pünktlich, aber auf dem dunklen Parkplatz. Der Vertrag wurde dort im Licht der Taschenlampe ausgefüllt. Natürlich wurde auch mal wieder versucht, noch irgendwelche Versicherungen zu verkaufen. Das Fahrzeug war relativ neu, in gutem Zustand und vermutlich eine Klasse größer als gebucht. Bei der Rückgabe war dann niemand vor Ort, sodass keine persönliche Übergabe erfolgen konnte. Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir am Telefon „noch 5 Minuten“, aber auch nach 15 Minuten war noch niemand da. Weil ich zum Check-in musste, hatte ich keine Zeit endlos zu warten, sodass ich auf Anweisung den Schlüssel im Fahrzeug deponiert habe. Der Wagen war gut, die Übergabe war weniger gut und die Rückgabe war sehr schlecht, sodass es am Ende nur für 3 Sterne gereicht hat (eher 2,5). Kommunikation über WhatsApp war ok.

Pretēji ne pārāk labām atsauksmēm, man ir pavisam cita un daudz labāka pieredze. Auto saņemšanas punkts nav lidostas ēkā, bet tas Jums nav jāmeklē - pie lidostas izejas Jūs sagaida ar plāksnīti un, ja piezvanīsiet kamēr gaidiet bagāžu, tad uz WhatsApp atsūtīs arī attēlu, kur to atrast. Dokumenti tiek sagatavoti mašīnā, tas notiek ātri un profesionāli. Protams, iesaku paņemt pilnu apdrošināšanas paketi, lai pēc tam nav jātaisnojas par kaut kādām skrambām. Man tas maksāja +20 €/dienā. Pasūtīju pašu lētāko auto ar automātu un varu teikt ka Kappadokijai droši variet tādu ņemt. Izteiktu kalnu ceļu klasiskajos maršrutos nav un, vispār, ceļi ir labā kvalitātē. Auto bija relatīvi jauns (80000km) un tīrs gan no ārpuses, gan no iekšpuses bez īpašām ekstrām, bet viss minimums kas vajadzīgs, bija. Pretenziju nekādu. Braucot atpakaļ uz lidostu nosūtīju ziņu cikos būšu un mani sagaidīja laikā. Benzīns man sākumā bija ¼ un tādu arī nodevu. Un ja kas, blakus lidostai pa ceļam uz Goreme ir benzīntanks. Pats nodošanas process arī bez problēmām. Ieturēja depozītu 200€ un to pēc 8 dienām atgrieza. Kopumā esmu ar šo kompāniju apmierināts!

AVOID - YOU WILL REGRET IT OTHERWISE Unsafe car and rude staff The car door was loose, dirty, manual (not auto like we ordered) and they were very very rude.

Liars! In mid-September, we rented a car in Cappadocia from this company. We were charged a deposit of 200 euros in case fines were suddenly imposed. If everything is in order, they promised to return the money within two weeks. Moreover, the deposit was not frozen on the card, as is usually accepted, namely, it was written off. Therefore, the money was physically transferred to the company. It has been more than a month since the car was returned. The office in Cappadocia has not responded to our letters. The husband contacted the central office, they requested a scan of the receipt and copies of the rental document. And again two weeks of silence. As a result, instead of 200 euros, renting a car cost us 400 euros in two days. Do not contact this company unless you want to get into the same situation.

The pickup point is near the back of the car park by the way, if anyone struggles to find the man... Not a bad experience in my honest opinion... The car was decent (I did book one of the cheapest ones) although it was a little bit low on power (especially around the hills of Cappadocia)... My main gripe was that the deposit refund (of €200) took 1 month to be refunded to me, I didn't mind that it took that long but they should tell you - they said 2 weeks...

Car was different from the one I booked. Smaller. They tried to charge the same price. Car was not full when I picked it up. Returned the car with more fuel. Their employer checked the car and said “all ok. All good”. 15 minutes later I get charged for fuel… Do not recommend it. They will try to scam you at everything. Cars have a lot of damages and it’s impossible to find every scratch. So you are forced to take insurance otherwise, it’s more expensive…
