We entered this store because it looked very cute from the outside and the design immediately caught our attention. My mom wanted to look at a few pieces and was trying them on. Unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by the person who assisted us a long-haired man who was extremely rude, arrogant, and unnecessarily unpleasant. Honestly, I don’t understand what he thinks he is. Whether he is an employee or the owner, his attitude was completely unacceptable. The clothes may be nice, but the customer service is absolutely terrible truly awful. And this is not an exaggeration. I would not recommend this store to any foreigner: if you don’t speak Turkish, you are treated with disrespect and zero professionalism. We have been to far more prestigious, well-known designer stores and were always treated with kindness and respect. This has been, without a doubt, the rudest store experience we’ve had in all of Istanbul. We decided not to purchase anything solely because of his attitude. And if he happens to be the owner, he seriously needs to understand one thing: customers are the reason he is there, and his customer service needs major improvement.
