Séjour très décevant. Suite à un déroutement de vol pris en charge par la compagnie aérienne AJet, nous avons été logés dans cet établissement présenté comme un hôtel 5 étoiles. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été très loin du niveau de service attendu. Après une journée extrêmement difficile (retard de vol de plus de 24h, fatigue, maladie et absence de repas dans la journée), nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel très affaiblis. Le dîner servi vers 19h30 a été particulièrement décevant : soupe servie, puis immédiatement le plat principal alors que l’entrée n’était même pas terminée ; les assiettes n’étaient pas débarrassées avant l’arrivée du plat suivant ; la purée et la viande étaient froides ; malgré nos gestes pour expliquer la situation, le personnel ne comprenait pas et le service restait désorganisé ; à peine l’assiette reposée sur la table qu’un dessert était déjà déposé, alors que le plat n’avait même pas été commencé. Le manque d’attention du personnel est très surprenant pour un établissement de ce standing. Nous avons également dû réclamer de l’eau, et aucun accompagnement ou service de bagagiste ne nous a été proposé à l’arrivée, alors que cela fait normalement partie des prestations standards d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le fait que la chambre soit prise en charge par une compagnie aérienne ne devrait en aucun cas justifier une différence de traitement ou une baisse de qualité de service. Une expérience très décevante pour un établissement censé représenter un niveau de service haut de gamme.

Konum olarak havaalanına yakın olması büyük artı onun dışında otelde belirli saate kadar oda servisi bulunuyor, kaldığım en rahat ve konforlu otellerden birisi oldu. Ancak otelde kahvaltı yapmak istediğinizde tek kişilik kahvaltı fiyatları 35 € yaklaşık olarak 1800 Türk lirasına tekabül ediyor fazlasıyla fahiş fiyatta. Banyoda sıcak su sorunu da yaşamadık ve gercekten büyük bir otel.

Otelde konaklama yapıyoruz misafir olarak buraya getirildik ramazan ayı iftar için uyuya kalmışım yemek duruyor mu dedim 10 dk geçti diye yemek vermediler ramazan ayı oruç tutan biri için bu şekilde şeyler yapılmaması lazım çok üzücü gerçekten

Excellent séjour Tres bonne localisation. Hôtel très propres et neuf Personnel au top Surtout lors de votre arrivée à la Réception Un grand merci à Fatih et Enes et leur chef qui ont tout mis en œuvre pour un séjour agréable et chaleureux

The staff are all fantastic and the lobby is very nice. Convenient location by the airport, but there is not much to do nearby. I wouldn't recommend it for tourists, it's better for business when you just need to be quickly in and out. As you expect, the food is quite expensive, but it is tasty and well made, there are also cheaper options across the street. The cons are the rooms, my room's TV didn't work and they weren't able to do anything about it, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in any of the rooms (just in the lobby) my room just kept getting warmer and warmer so I had to leave the window open, and the view outside is of mostly garbage thrown around an empty lot. Also their restaurant staff is unreliable and sometimes doesn't answer the phone so you can't always order room service. Lastly I was woken up at 6:30 this morning with a fire alarm test and then had a few seconds of on and off music blasted into the room speakers around 10am, I'm not sure what's going on here.
