We were extremely disappointed with our trip with Metro on the Istanbul – Batumi route. We arrived at the station in Istanbul at 11:00 PM, went in advance to the correct terminal and counter No. 50, as instructed by Metro staff. There was a bus standing there without any destination signs. We asked the staff whether this bus was going to Batumi, and we were told yes. The bus had Georgian license plates, so we had no reason to doubt this information. However, at 11:10 PM, just 10 minutes later, three drivers and a bus staff member got on that bus and drove away without any passengers, without explaining anything to anyone. At that moment, there were still about 20 minutes left before the official departure time. We were left standing there completely confused, while no one approached us, explained the situation, or provided any information. Later, we were placed on a different bus, not in our paid seats, and informed that the trip would include a transfer in the city of Samandra, even though our ticket was purchased for a direct route with no transfers. We were traveling as a group of three, with a lot of luggage and already exhausted, and this option was completely unsuitable for us. No alternatives were offered. The situation did not improve during the trip: • At stops, we were almost never informed how long the stop would last • We were often not allowed to use the restroom, as the stops were extremely short • When I asked once again to stop briefly just to use the restroom, I was told that I “drink too much water” and “should not drink so much water” — such comments from the staff are unacceptable and humiliating • It was very hot inside the bus for a long time; the air conditioning was turned on much later • In the end, we arrived more than 3 hours late, completely off schedule • In Samsun, the drivers forgot one passenger, and the bus had to turn back to pick them up, making the trip even more exhausting and stressful Overall, the organization of this trip showed chaos, lack of communication, staff negligence, and complete disrespect for passengers. For an international route, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. 28 aralık 2025 metro turizm bursa seferi 15.30 için bilet aldık. Otobüsün hareket etmesi tam 35 dakika gecikti. 15.30 da çıkması planlanan yola 16.05 de çıkmış olduk. Ve otobüsün motorunu çalıştırmadan insanları soğukta otobüsün içinde beklettiler. Çok sorumsuzca davrandılar. Hiçbir açıklamada bulunmuyorlar. Bir daha asla bu seferi tercih etmeyeceğim.

Hayatim da ilk defa biyle bisey denk geldi . Otobuste turistler var sofor araci esenler otogarin disinda durdurdu ve son durak dedi. Inip etrafa bakiyorsun hayvanat bahcesi taksiciler Ne yonlendirmw yapti ne bisey. Bu kadar kotu bi servis hic olmamisti . Uzuldugum otobusteki turistler oldu. Yazik hepsine yardimci olmaya calistil ama bizde nerde oldugumuzu zor bulduk. Yazik. Boyle olmamali otobus garajin icine girmeli.

de todos los buses que he tomado en diferentes países este por lejos ha sido el peor, un viaje nocturno de casi 12 horas y los asientos tienen una reclinación NULA, muy incomodos y aparte el bus hace muchas paradas, prenden las luces de la cabina a las 1 de la mañana y las tuvieron prendidas casi 1 hora, cuando se supone que compras buses nocturnos para dormir... y que es eso de ofrecer café a las 1 am? lo encuentro ridiculo Sin mencionar que el asistente se subió al bus FUMANDO!!! el bus iba pasado a cigarro. Por favor no viajen con esta agencia, haganse un favor

Önceden olsa metrodan başka firmaya binmezdim ama artık baya bozdu rahat yolculuk yapamadım önermiyorum

Ben hayatımda böyle iğrenç bir otobüs firması görmedim 34 mkh 842 nolu araca bindir dim çocuklarımı Bursa'ya gid ecek halen gitmedi ve cevap bile vermiyorlar lanet bi firma umarım bir an önce kapanır insanlar kurtulur bunlardan bu yorumları olur umarım yetkililer ve bir çeki düzen versinler

Bugün Erzincandan İstanbula geldim hiç memnun kalmadım otobüs çok konforsuzdu İstanbul Alibeyköyde ineceğimi söylememe rağmen beni esenler otogarda indirdiler ve Erzincan otogara 1.5 saat geç geldiler binmenizi tavsiye etmem
