I am delighted with my treatment at Medworld clinic and their customer care is second to none my agent was Pegah and she was delightful and nothing was too much trouble a real asset to the company. I was worried about my treatment & she put me at ease I would happily recommend this company and I'm already in the process of booking with them again very professional company. ( Unfortunately I was unable to continue with my treatment at this time I did pay a large deposit that Medworld told me they would return to my card. This was a number of months ago & they have still not done this. I will update my review accordingly when or( if ) this deposit is returned to me).

This week at Medworld cosmos clinic was again this year an exceptional experience for me and my parents. very happy of their anti aging program. During the full week, The medical team of Medworld cosmos clinic was so kind, gentle, professional and patient with them. The treatments were all perfect for old people too. I saw that my parents made some physical progress after this week. The combination with a stay at the beautiful hotel , Nirvana cosmopolitan, is really perfect : a lot of space to breathe for everybody, closed from the sea, enormous fitness club, several very good quality restaurants ( we tried 2 times chayote restaurant). Some of the team of the hotel recognized us 1 year later ! It’s Crazy! We feel us so welcome again this year. Pegah, our Medworld PA contact was magic. She managed and followed all steps of our trip ( from the booking until the return to the airport) so gently, perfectly, with a lot of love for us. I definitely recommend you to try Medworld cosmos clinic Nirvana Antalya. I, I am coming for sure, next year again for ten 3rd time ! See you there! Caroline

Ich kann es jedem empfehlen. Für meinen Aufenthalt in Antalya wegen BBL war alles vorher sehr sorgfältig von Frau Pegah geplant. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da ich alleine war hatte Sie mich sogar bis zur OP begleitet. Mein Arzt super freundlich hört zu beantwortet alle Fragen mit Geduld ( und ich hatte viele Fragen ????). Von der Organisation bis zum Hotel und jegliche Transfer zum Krankenhaus, alles rund um Packet ich musste mich um nichts kümmern. Habe sogar ein Geschenk bekommen und eine Lymphdrainage Massage kostenlos. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. Vielen Dank an Frau Pegah.

All the staff are exceptionally kind and professional. In particular, Ms. Pegah took outstanding care of me from the very beginning — whether it was providing detailed information or arranging my stay at the luxurious 5-star Rixos Downtown Hotel, which offers superb comfort and a perfect location right on the clifftop by the sea. Throughout my stay, Ms. Pegah was always available whenever I had questions and supported me in every possible way. I am deeply grateful to her for her remarkable assistance, warmth, and kindness. Ich war auf der Suche nach Unterstützung, um Stress abzubauen und habe die entspannendste Woche meines Lebens hier verbringen dürfen. Von Anfang an war Pegah an meiner Seite und mich entsprechend professionell und zielgerichtet beratet und begleitet. Vielen Lieben Dank dafür! Das gesamte Personal der Klink ist super professionell und hilfsbereit. Ich war schon in viele medizinische Einrichtungen, dieses war für mich bisher das Beste. Tedavi süreciyle ilgili bize çok net bilgiler verdiler, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Her şey hızlı, düzenli ve sorunsuz bir şekilde ilerledi. Kendimizi çok rahat ve güvende hissettik. İyi ki bu kliniği tercih etmişiz! Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz!

Делал операцию по пересадке волос на 3500 графтов в конце сентября 2025. Организуют трансфер из аэропорта и в аэропорт, в клинику. Девочки менеджеры Полина и Лена большие молодцы. По результатам операции дополню отзыв спустя полгода.

I visited Medworld Clinic from September 18 to 24. I arrived very tired, wishing to rest and regain my strength, and I succeeded wonderfully. A heartfelt thank you to the clinic’s staff! A very special thanks to Polina, who welcomed me and accompanied me throughout the entire program. In my opinion, Polina is the face of this clinic – bright, kind, and caring. I would also like to thank cosmetologist Viktoria for her high professionalism, humanity, and attentiveness. I really enjoyed the sessions with the physiotherapist and the nutritionist – both are true professionals in their fields and left a very positive impression. The clinic is well equipped, and the atmosphere is pleasant and positive. I definitely recommend others to come here, and I will certainly return myself. We were fortunate to receive a two-day complimentary program from MedWorld whilst staying at the Rixos hotel. This included a consultation with a nuitionist and a cosmetologist. All staff were very lovely and both consultations were very helpful. Would highly recommend!
