Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero eccellente presso Medicure Turkey Hospital. Ho effettuato sia un trapianto capillare che tre impianti dentali e posso dire con sincerità che tutto è stato organizzato e svolto in modo impeccabile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Leyla, la rappresentante della clinica: è stata sempre presente, professionale e disponibile, rimanendo al mio fianco durante tutto il percorso, facendomi sentire tranquilla e seguita in ogni momento. Ringrazio di cuore tutta la squadra dei dentisti e i dottori che si sono occupati di me durante il trapianto capillare: grande competenza, attenzione ai dettagli e massima cura del paziente. Clinica altamente consigliata per professionalità, organizzazione e umanità. Sono davvero soddisfatta del risultato e rifarei questa scelta senza alcun dubbio!

I normally do not write reviews, but I believe it is important to share my experience to inform others. I underwent dental treatment at Medicure Clinic in Turkey, and the outcome has resulted in severe complications, including damage to my jaw and existing teeth. I am now facing the need for maxillofacial surgery as well as full dental reconstruction and rehabilitation. Prior to treatment, I was provided information that did not accurately reflect what ultimately occurred. Even after expressing hesitation, I felt pressured to proceed and was assured that I would receive appropriate care and follow-up. Once treatment began and payment was made, my concerns were not adequately addressed, and decisions were made without proper discussion or consent. Due to pre-booked travel arrangements, I was unable to remain longer to resolve these issues. After returning home, I began experiencing serious complications and contacted the clinic for assistance. My concerns were not treated with the urgency or seriousness they required. I wanted to move on with my life and focus on reconstruction, but ongoing complications and lack of support from the clinic have made that impossible. I have repeatedly requested that Medicure release my dental records so my current providers can proceed with care, but I have not received a response. Medicure Clinic must release my records as this is essential for urgent medical treatment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Medicure Clinic, and I strongly advise anyone considering treatment there to proceed with caution, thoroughly evaluate all information provided, and consider alternative options.

Attenzione !!! Siamo state deturpate,e mia madre sfigurata!!! Sono stata operata a maggio 2024 io per lifting gambe e mia madre lifting viso, arriviamo in turchia doveva accoglierci Sonia ,Sonia non si prrsenta stiamo due giorni da sole e senza notizie,la 3 sera ci viene detto di stare a digiuno che al mattino seguente avremmo fatto due consulti uno con mustafa,uno con can uslu. Arriviamo in clinica ci preparano per l 'intervento canula camice prelievo,io scoppio a piangere non avevo parlato con nessun chirugo ma gia mi preparavano,arriva can uslu mi fa i disegni mi dice si a tutte mie richieste e.mi fa pagare 2 sacche di sangue in piu. Aspetto l altro consulto mi dicono non c'e nessun consulto ti opera can,nel fattempo mia madre scende in sala operatoria,scoppio a piangere mi mettono si un lettino mi addormentanto,mi risveglio gridando e operata avevo tanto dolore infermieri strafottenti Inizia il mio calvario,suono il campanello per il dolore mi fanno il contramal mi addormento,mi risveglio in una pozza di sangue chiedo di camboarmi le lenzuola mi dicono domani io tutta bagnata. Alle 1 mi portano da mangiare e me lo lasciano lontano ,suono dico che non riesco a mangiare ridono e vanno via. Ore 3 di notte una infermiera e un assistente entrano in camere ballando battendo le mano obbligandoci a alzarci dal letto dico no ho male insistono ma io non riesco ,chiedo di essere pulita niente non mi cambiano il letto,il dottore dice di bere suono chiedo acqua dicono si e vanno via ridendo risuono,e mi staccano il campanello ho urlato tutta la notte nessuno e venuto. L'indomani viene can faccio presente tutto. Sto male ho l emoglobina bassa ho bisogno di sangue l unica loro preoccupazione era se ho pagato. Il giorno dopo mi medicano piango le gambe uguale a prima con due tagli dall inguine al ginocchio.solo due tagli.mia madre uguale solo tagli di lifting neanche l ombra.ci dicono tutto normale passano 6 mesi . Novembre 2024 torniamo e riconosce che il lavoro non e uscito ci riopera mia mamma paga 900euro per la sala io 2000 .mi sveglio vedo dinuovo solo tagli tutta la pelle in eccesso ancora la.mia madre ancora una volta sfigurata.vogliamo un rimborso.mettero un avvocato per i danni fisico e psicologico. I had an amazing experience at Medicure Clinic. The hair and dental treatments were top-notch, and the staff provided exceptional care. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend them

ما عندون مركز، ولا مستشفى بياخدو غرف بمراكز خاصة، اسم المركز الحقيقي بصورة، ميدكور اسم وهمي حتى يمكن مش موجود او مسجل ، نضافة صفر بيشتغلو بلا تعقيم مظبوط بس تخلص شوفير السيارة بيعملك شهادة ما في وراق مستشفى لتراجع حتى تامين مافي ، عملت عندون شعر وأسنان ، النتيجة والخدمة دون المستوى،النتيجة في صورة بعد ١٢ شهر ،نتيجة صفر وهلا ما بردوا على تلفون ، ما في ضمان على شي ، كلو حكي فاضي ،انت وحظك وانشالله ما يصير معك شي بالعملية ماحدا بيعترف عليك.

This place doesn't deserve even a one star. They botched my mom I posted pictures and it was deleted. I strongly believe my mom was operated on by surgeons in training. She had a face and back lift. I'm no surgeon but the scar doesn't make any sense the scar for her face lift goes down both sides of her neck very visible if she is not wearing long hair. Her back lift scar extends on the side of both breast. This place is misleading my mom thought she was having her surgery with this hospital but when we arrived it was a complete different hospital called The Coolest. The hospital was in the ghetto and had cats from outside roaming around in the lobby. No one spoke English they only had the translator there at the time of signing and payment. They took videos and pictures of my mom to post on their social medias and in return she was supposed to get teeth whitening and a tour of Istanbul. We asked about it and it never happened. Once they received payment the whole process was rushed she was discharged less then 24hrs of having the surgery I believe if I wasn't there to advocate for my mom they would have let her suffer in pain. The nurses had attitudes and would roll there eyes when I asked them to give my mom pain meds they took there sweet time I had to ask multiple times through Google translate. The hotel where they put us literally had the train right behind the hotel we complained they put us on a different floor but that didn't help you can feel and hear the train going by. Not to mention the hotel had a bar upside that played loud music every night we was there untill 2am. I'm so happy my mom made it out alive! till this day one year later she still says the scar is painful and she regrets having the surgery ???? I will try posting the pictures again to see if they will keep deleting it
