Extremely overpriced for very poor care. We were charged 3,500 TRY each (USD$82) for basic teeth cleaning and 2,500 TRY (USD$60) for a very small cavity filling—prices that are completely unjustified given the quality of service. The cleaning itself was rushed (around 10-15 minutes maximum) and rough (not gentle or careful and at times painful). Despite my specific request for a cavity to be checked, it was missed—likely due to distractions. We have experienced severe tooth sensitivity since the cleaning, now lasting almost three weeks. Neither of us have ever had any tooth sensitivity issues before. The dentist (Emre Kurtaran) took personal phone calls/texts during our appointments. While it is unknown if this was due to a personal emergency, no attempt was made to apologise for being on the phone during the appointment. Our expectation at a dentist is exclusive professional focus and attention for the duration of the appointment and phone use to be restricted to a Doctors private (non-client facing) time. Overall, this felt like a churn-and-burn dental “factory” with poor care, poor professionalism, and terrible value for money. It appears to be more geared towards maximising profitability of the owners than providing quality treatment and care to patients. On the basis of the expensive, unprofessional treatment received, we would not recommend this business.

Merve hanım sayesinde uzmanlık ve tecrübenin samimiyetle birleştiği emin ellerdeyim diyorum. Ben ,6 ve 16 yaşında kızlarım ona emanetiz. 6 yaşında kızımın 4 dolgusunu yaptı ve kızım her seferinde severek isteyerek oturdu dişçi koltuğuna..Size yapacağı her işlemi ayrıntısı ile anlatır,artıları eksileri bilirsiniz,gereksiz hiçbir işlem yapmaz,süreci sonrasında da takip eder,kendisine her an ulaşabilir aklınıza takılanı sorabilirsiniz. İşine hakim, titiz ve hastayı açıklamalarıyla rahatlatan,güven veren bir doktordur.

İrem hanımı kesinlikle önermiyorum. Mağduriyetimi giderdiler ama İrem hanım tarafından gördüğüm muamele çok kötüydü. Bir daha gitmeyi kesinlikle düşünmüyorum.

Çok pahalı ve servisi beğenmedim. Daha önceleri İzmir'de avrupa dent kliniğinde yaptiriyordum, aile ziyaret sebebiyle, hadi dedim dişlerimide temizleteyim dedim, fakat bana 2750tl fiyat çıkardılar. İzmir'deki Avrupa dent'ten fiyat istedim, muayene ve film çekmek dahil temizlemeye beraber 1100 TL ücret çıkardılar. Resmen insanı soyuyorlar.
