8 ay önceThis review is long overdue!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Onur to recover a delinquent payment for my company from one of their clients in Istanbul. My company is based in California, and I found Mr. Onur online when I searched for lawyers that have experience with debt collection in Turkey. Mr. Onur speaks perfect English, which made it much easier to communicate the specifics of the issue that I needed help with. He is extremely smart and has immense experience in debt collection in Turkey. The level of service and professionalism, combined with extreme competence in the legal system in Turkey, and the invaluable experience that specifically Mr. Onur has in debt collection in Turkey, and his amazing communication skills in both English and Turkish; were all key factors for resolving my company's issue within 3 weeks, and receiving payment shortly after. My company's sales team was trying to collect the payment for 1.5 years before that unsuccessfully, and were about to give up, before one of the executives approached me for help, since he knew that I had done business in Turkey before. Mr. Onur is easily reachable over the phone or email, and is very responsive. He was calling and sending emails to the debtor almost daily. He owned the case and was on top of it after our first call, which was for 30min only. I managed to reach him initially while he was driving on the freeway to his office! I was truly amazed at how quickly he had grasped all aspects of my case, and even more amazed at how he was able to construct a few possible solutions and outcomes almost immediately! This is all while he was driving!! This is why experience matters ???? Both myself and my company are very grateful to Mr. Onur for all of his incredible help, and would strongly recommend him for all legal matters in Turkey.
