Oğuz was very kind and helpful even though I walked in without a reservation. At first, I was planning to rent a scooter, but he honestly advised me that riding a scooter in winter would be cold and less safe, and suggested renting a car instead. In the end, choosing a car was absolutely the right decision, and I really appreciated his thoughtful and professional advice. Thanks to him, my trip was much more comfortable and safe.
