Life Aquatic Freediving & Yoga School.

If you are in Kaş and want to learn free diving, this is the place! The location of the school is in the center in an camping area which is very easy to reach. Inside the school everything is very well oriented , plus the sea view is clear. Adnan and Fevzi are very professional and amazing instructors ! ???? They teach all the details with patience and make sure that you are ready for the dive. We made a freediver beginner course and the experience was much more better than i was expecting. Thanks to them i was very relaxed and comfortable, i enjoyed the experience very much!????????

Arkadaşımla serbest dalış 1. Seviye egitimini aldık Life Aquatic'de. Bizim icin cok keyifli gecti, nasıl olacak nasıl bitecek derken son güne geliverdik. Scuba alışkanlıklarımızı kırmaya uğraşırken Fevzi hoca'da, Adnan hoca'da cok sabırlı ve motive edicilerdi. Bizim açımızdan cok konforlu gecti. Hem rahat iletişim kurabildigimiz, hem kendimizi gelistirdigimiz cok keyifli 4 gun geçirdik. Guvenle tercih edebilirsiniz.

We have visited Life Aquatic for a training session with my husband. Adnan is a marvelous trainer. He is guiding you not only become a better diver but to become better person in all aspects. His patience and supportive approach is unique. It was amazing experience.

Un’esperienza bellissima! Dopo tanti anni mi sono riavvicinato all’apnea in assoluta sicurezza, grazie ai preziosi consigli di Adnan (che ti trasmette la tranquillità di cui hai bisogno) e di atleti di alto livello con cui ho avuto la fortuna di allenarmi. Anche mia figlia ha seguito il corso SSI di primo livello ed è rimasta entusiasta. Non serve avere attrezzatura propria: qui ti forniscono tutto. L’ambiente è amichevole e semplice, ed è naturale fermarsi a chiacchierare davanti a un buon caffè dopo qualche tuffo nelle acque turchesi di Kaş. Consigliatissimo!

Setup da campioni in questo centro per l’apnea! Ne avevo sentito parlare dopo che ha ospitato diversi campionati mondiali, e l’esperienza di questi giorni non ha deluso le aspettative: nei primi giorni ho fatto sessioni di allenamento alle boe da -40m e -60m, comodamente raggiungibili a nuoto dalla riva. Le ultime due le ho fatte dalla barca, dotata di bilancino (contrappeso di sicurezza) e sonar. Adnan, il gestore del centro e principale addetto alla sicurezza in acqua, è totalmente affidabile. Anche gli altri istruttori che ho conosciuto mi hanno messo totalmente a mio agio e condiviso esperienza. Ad agosto l’acqua è a 28/24’C, zero corrente e quasi piatto in superficie. Diverse sessioni le ho fatte 1-1 con l’istruttore; altre le ho condivise con atleti fenomenali e apneisti appassionati. I punti di immersione sono nella scenografica baia di Kas, in cui staglia l’anfiteatro greco. Molto bene. Spero di tornare.

Freediving’e olan tutkum bu okul sayesinde bambaşka bir boyuta taşındı. Eğitimler inanılmaz profesyonel, güvenli ve aynı zamanda keyifliydi. Eğitmenler her an yanınızda, en ufak ayrıntıyı bile önemseyerek sizi destekliyor. Yağmur Hoca’nın ve Adnan hoca’nın profesyonelliği ve pozitif enerjisi freediving yolculuğumu unutulmaz kıldı. Kendinizi geliştirmek isteyen herkes için kesinlikle doğru adres.

Life Aquatic is the one of the best places that you can get freediving training and experinces. Master Adnan is very kind, professional and was able to give many important tips for me to further improve my freediving even I have some previous experience. Oğlumla beraber Freediver 1 eğitimini Life Aquatic’te tamamladık. Bu eğitim için iyi ki kendilerini seçmişiz diyorum. Başta bizimle birebir şekilde ilgilenen Fevzi hocamız olmak üzere Adnan Bey’e ve güleryüzlü ve destekleyici tüm Life Aquatic ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz. Fevzi hocamızın sabırlı, özenli ve güleryüzlü desteğiyle eğitimin her ânından büyük keyif aldık ve açıkçası bitmesini istemedik. Oğlum ilk başta biraz korkuyordu ama hocamızın doğru ve destekleyici yönlendirmeleri sayesinde bütün korkularını aşıp, yapamayacağını düşündüğü şeyleri yaptı. Daha fazlası için de meraklı ve hevesliyiz. Öğrendiklerimizi pekiştirmek ve sınırlarımızı aşmak için tekrar tekrar gelmeye niyetliyiz. Her şey için bir kez daha teşekkürler. Tüm Life Aquatic ailesine sevgiler, selamlar.

I couldn't be happier for diving with Adnan and the crew. Truly wonderful experience with highly knowledged freedivres. Adnan is a fantastic instructor and gifted coach and I learnt a lot in a very short period of time. The set up is awesome and I had everything I needed to enjoy comfortable dives, have fun and improve my skills. I would definetely go back for longer this time!

Eşimle birlikte yakın zamanda başlayan serbest dalış deneyimimizi, son derece tecrübeli ve ilgili Adnan ve Fevzi hocalarımızdan öğrendiğimiz birçok teorik bilgi ve denizde uyguladığımız pratik eğitimlerle biraz daha pekiştirdik. Özellikle denizdeki eğitimimizde hep yanımızda olan ve büyük katkılarda bulunan Fevzi hocamıza özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Hiç şüphesiz eşimle birlikte fırsat buldukça kendimizi daha da geliştirmek için gideceğimiz tek dalış okulu.

Cette école de freediving est géniale que ce soit pour des débutants ou des freedivers avancés. Nous avons passé trois jours ici et au-delà d'apprendre beaucoup nous avons passé de super moments. Adnan notre instructeur et le responsable de l'école est très à l'écoute et passionné. La communication en anglais était très claire et les conseils donnés de grande qualité. L'école est irréprochable sur la sécurité et la qualité des équipements. Nous nous sommes tous sentis en totale confiance ce qui est crucial pour ce sport. Si nous revenons faire du freediving en Turquie, il n'y aucun doute, ce sera avec Adnan à Kas.

As a complete beginner, I have trained for 3 days with Adnan and completed the SSI freediver level 1 course. I must say that Adnan’s communication, education, patience and enthusiasm was beyond anything I could expect. All our questions were thoroughly answered and his explanations were super clear, concise and satisfactory. Freediving is a very mental activity and having an expert like Adnan with you makes it such a fun and relaxing experience. From the preparation to the equipment used, everything is premium quality and you really get a feel for the sport with Adnan’s guidance. Nothing is rushed, he makes you get in the zone in your own pace and teaches you to enjoy freediving safely. The diving environment is also very beautiful, the sea is pristine clear so the experience is way more enhanced. The ambiance with all the other teachers and divers is also very respectful and friendly, you will feel welcomed and comfortable during the entire experience. I can’t wait to get my level 2 education and train again with Adnan. His approach to beginners like us and his diving philosophy really made us more passionate and wanting to learn more about freediving. A big BIG THANK YOU !

Had a very spontaneous training session with Adnan and it was all I could have asked for! He instantly understood my experience level and my expectations for the training and created a comfortable atmosphere at the buoy. I had some prior experience in freediving but Adnan quickly spotted a few flaws in my technique and even tiny adjustments already made a big difference. Needless to say that the school is beautiful, equipment was nice and the blue waters of Kaş are stunning. The videos of the dives were only the cherry on top

What a wonderful free-diving experience with Adnan and the crew! He is truly a gifted instructor who will guide you on your journey of self-exploration with kindness, patience and understanding. Step by step, he taught me to be comfortable in the deep waters, to trust myself and to remain calm under different circumstances. I highly recommend this school- whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced free-diver!
