I visited Leila Boutique yesterday and, unfortunately, my experience wasn’t pleasant. When I asked for assistance with finding the right size, the lady working there responded quite rudely. Instead of helping, she simply stared and told me to “check the label”—even though it was tucked deep inside the dress and not easily visible. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made the overall shopping experience uncomfortable. I genuinely expected better customer service from a boutique setting.

Ok store, but couldn’t find anything I liked to buy

My wife and I dropped into this very unique fashion boutique, full of bohemian clothes, chic accessories, various designer products and even pottery & paintings. The sales person was very friendly and suggested a few items that we might like. We ended up buying a hand-painted T-shirt and a drawing of the Galata tower. Will recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for one-of-a-kind fashion clothing & accessories! ????

Ich habe diese Boutique per Zufall bei meinem Reisetrip nach Istanbul entdeckt - und es war ein mega schöner Zufallsfund! Die Ware ist super schön und originell. Viel liebe zum Detail. Daneben sind die Inhanber mega gastfreundlich. Ich habe von hier aus ein kleines Geschenk nach Deutschland verschickt und es verlief alles problemlos ab. Auch wenn es ein kleines Paket war - die Inhaber haben sich mega drum gekümmert. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und werde definitiv wieder kommen :)
