Cuisine francaise d'exception difficile à trouver en France ou en Belgique. Extrême gentillesse et compétence du patron Carlos et de son personnel. Cadre et ambiance très agréables. Impossible de trouver un point négatif. Parfait.

I recently stayed at a hotel just across from this charming bistro, and against all odds decided to try it for dinner. What a delightful surprise! The food was exceptional, the service warm and personal, and Carlos—the owner and chef—made the evening truly memorable with his hospitality. While many visitors come to Istanbul for Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine, this spot offers a refreshing alternative for those on longer stays who want to explore different flavors. The dishes are creative, beautifully presented, and the wine list, though not extensive, is thoughtfully curated. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a cozy evening, and I can’t wait to return when I’m back in Istanbul this summer. Highly recommended!

arkadaşımızın doğum gününü kutlamak için gittik. her şey baştan sona mükemmeldi. personeller çok kibar ve ilgili. midye, fransız peynir tabağı ve deniz ürünleri tepsisi aldık, hepsi çok lezzetliydi. doğum günü pastasını kendileri ikram ediyor, gayet lezzetli ve 10 kişi için yeterli porsiyonda bir pasta geldi. herkese böyle özel kutlamalar için de herhangi bir akşam yemeği organizasyonu için de tavsiye ederim.

Yemeklere diyecek hiçbir şey yok, her şey çok lezzetliydi. Asıl etkilendiğim kısım restorana girdiğimiz andan çıkana kadar harika bir tutumla ağırlandık. Özellikle Carlos Bey’in her masayla tek tek ilgilenmesi beni oldukça şaşırttı. Harika bir gece geçirdik, kesinlikle gelinmesi gereken bir yer.
