I normally don’t write bad reviews because I don’t like to hurt businesses but my experience was not good dealing with this company. I placed an order for samples and specifically requested to include “four way stretch” to which the rep Seyda agreed to ship in writing. I proceeded to pay for the samples and never received the ones I requested. Seyda asked me to pay again even though it was their mistake. Ignored my messages from there on and long story short they just kept my money. Be wary of dealing with this business.

Absolutely speechless with the service and the products. It’s really hard to find such honest and genuine people in the business like this. And as a first time business owner I have been guided and supported through out the process. They have even made special considerations due to unforeseeable circumstances. Thank you very much once again Mr. Süleyman and Ms. Çağla!
