It is an amazing hotel with a 5 star Rooms comparing with the price. I advise booking in the hotel

Oteli tavsiye etmiyorum, kalacağım ücreti yaktım ve burada kalmadım! Sebebi bana ilk başta 300 TL fark çıkarıp (odayı değiştirmek istediğim için) ben kabul ettikten bir kaç saat sonra farkın 2000 TL olduğunu bildirdiler! Ben bu durumu kabul etmedim ve saygısız bir şekilde konuşup küstahça bana cömertlik yaptıklarından bahsettiler. Gerekli yerlere şikayetimi bildirdim. Kurumsallıktan uzak seviyesiz şekilde diyalog içindeler. I do not recommend this hotel. I forfeited the amount I had already paid and chose not to stay here. The reason is that they initially asked me to pay an additional 300 TL (because I wanted to change my room), and after I accepted, they informed me a few hours later that the difference was actually 2,000 TL. I did not accept this, and they responded in a disrespectful and arrogant manner, even claiming they were being ‘generous’ to me. I have submitted a formal complaint to the relevant authorities. Their communication is unprofessional and far from what you would expect from a corporate establishment.

Each time , alone or with family I found my way there

Small but beautiful rooms, equiped with everything you may need, excellent servibar prices, well supplied, the only bad thing is that hot water in the shower take too long to come out

My experience during my stay at this particular hotel was satisfactory. The staffs have great customer service. They welcome us with Turkish tea during my check-in and it was free. The room was spacious and clean. The room service was quick and the food was amazing fyi I ordered portuguese chicken and rice with pasta pesto for dinner and I only waited for 10 to 15 minutes. The breakfast was delicious eventhough they dont have buffet, I really appreciate the ala carte menu offered by the hotel. Honestly the place is my go to hotel if I am going back to Istanbul and have medium budget.

It was close to everything, comfortable and nice, suitable for families, the hotel is a little old

Kings Cross Hotel Istanbul was a great place to stay. We stayed there twice in our recent trip to Turkiye and Italy. We will stay there again when we return to Turkiye.
