Never again .. very unpleasant experience Positives: Good price Negatives: -no one informed us that the car will not be collected from airport . reservations says collection from Antalya airport. We had to ask around and we found out that we have to phone the company to send a guy to collect us from airport and send us to Their branch which is 8 minutes away from airport to complete the pager work. The guy took 20 minutes to arrive at the airport. -Staff were very unpleasant,& pushy towards us in order to include insurance. Gasoline was not full. -Staff forced us to pay 900 Eur for insurance!! (for a poor quality car!!). -staff were slow in processing the paper work. -You have to come back to their office to return the car. -they charged me 20Eur for car cleaning !!!! (I always rent cars in Europe and never saw such way of milking tourists!!!) -The deposit came back to my account after 38 days from handing over the car!!. I had to send several emails in ordered to get my money back.It was a miserable experience!!

Арендовал автомобиль в ноябре. Все прошло отлично! Авто пригнали в назначенное место, в срок. Техническое состояние автомобиля хорошее. Персонал вежливый. Когда мы решили продлить аренду еще на неделю, пошли нам на встречу, продлили аренду по хорошей цене. Всем рекомендую!

Бпали машину на 9 дней в ноябре. Все прошло отлично. Встретили в аэропорту рядом со старбакс, отвезли в офис. Оставили депозит наличными, все прошло без проблем. Рено меган брали, довольно новый

BEWARE OF THEIR DEPOSIT POLICY - IT TOOK ME THREE MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK Staff is nice and friendly, rental went well. BUT their deposit policy is simply unacceptable. They only refund your deposit after 30 working days i.e. after a month a half. They say that you're free to choose but of course when you made the booking online and travelled from afar, it's not that easy. I rented a car in July and am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. I contacted the owner this week and still no reply. Edit (following the owner's reply): it would be great if you responded to emails. It's been 20 days since you claimed to have refunded me but I still haven't received anything and the proof of refund you provided at the time doesn't contain any information relating to me (bank account details for example). Second, I rented the car through Rental Cars, not you and nowhere your deposit policy was explained. When I reached out to Rental Cars about your refund policy they told me that it was "unacceptable" and not standard practice in Turkey, potentially non-compliant with consumer law. Edit2: The document you provided me doesn't include my name, my bank or credit card details. I cannot believe you are seriously asking me to contact YOUR bank. It is unacceptable both commercially and legally. I will file a complaint with rentalcars and Turkish authorities. Edit3: I finally received the deposit but the money was only transferred 1 month after the moment it should been transferred and it only happened after an intervention of my bank and rentalcars.com.
