We stayed 4 days in cappadocia and 2 days in Kemal Stone House. Love the room. The breakfast is also amazing. Will stay here if we come back to cappadocia

Ailecek gittiğimiz kapadokya gezimizde bizi evimizde gibi hissettiren müthiş bir otel deneyimi yaşadık. Çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü yabancı dil bilgisi eşsiz ve bol çeşitli lokal ürünlerden oluşan müthiş kahvaltı deneyimi yaşadık. İş icin geldik, konaklama ve konumu iyi. Temiz hoş bi otel.

Az egyetlen "hiba": nincs akasztó a nedves törölközők szárítására sem a szobában, sem a fürdőszobában.

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe Erasmus Teilnehmern einen tollen Aufenthalt. Herr Hüseyin und seine Frau waren in allen Sachen sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und völlig ausreichend. Die Lage vom Hotel war optimal und. Man kann zu Fuss zum Uchisar Castle. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

I stayed at Kemal Stone House with my 80-year-old mother. My original booking was for the Hydro Cave Suite, but the owner informed me that there was an issue with that property and relocated us to Kemal Stone House instead, assuring me that I would receive a refund for the difference.||Upon arrival, we were first placed in a second-floor room with steep stairs and no handrails, which was unsuitable for my elderly mother. After raising this concern, we were moved to a ground-floor room. Unfortunately, during our four-night stay, the room was not cleaned or restocked even once, and we had to obtain basic items such as toilet paper from the reception restroom.||The owner, who is a close associate of the Hydro Cave Suite proprietor, requested payment in cash to offer a “lower rate,” despite the fact that I had not yet received the promised refund. No invoice or receipt was provided for the payment. Later, it was confirmed that there was no actual issue with Hydro Cave Suite, and that it was simply cheaper to accommodate us at Kemal Stone House.||As of now, I have not received my refund, as the owners have failed to confirm to the booking supplier that the change of accommodation was initiated by them.||Overall, the situation was handled in an unprofessional and misleading manner, and I would strongly advise future guests to exercise caution and ensure written confirmation of all arrangements before proceeding with any booking.
