Mi mejor experiencia hasta ahora alquilando coche. Todo fueron facilidades desde el primer momento: te recogen en el aeropuerto, puedes pagar en la moneda que prefieras al recogerlo y no piden ningún tipo de fianza, lo cual se agradece. Además, el trato fue muy amable y el servicio realmente excelente. Sin duda volvería a alquilar con ellos sin pensarlo.

카이세리 공항에서 렌트하여 5일 동안 이용했어요. 일처리가 깔끔하여 적극 추천합니다. 저는 한국에서 구글맵에 나온 홈페이지를 이용하여 예약했는데, 별도의 예약금이나 카드 제시 없이 이메일을 통해서 예약 완료 됐어요. 카이세리 공항 입국장에 제 이름이 적힌 종이를 들고 마중나온 직원이 있었고, 같이 가까운 공항 주차장으로 이동하여 제가 렌트할 차량 본네트 위에서 계약서 작성과 비용 현금 지급 후 차를 받았어요. 이 과정에서 보증금이나 카드 번호 제시는 요구하지 않았어요. 일일 평균 주행거리 제한이 없다는 내용을 먼저 확인해 주셨고, 공항 주차장을 나갈 때 주차비는 회사 부담이라서 그냥 나가도 된다더군요. 연료도 가득 채운 상태로 차를 받았기에, 이용이 끝나고 공항에 들어오기 직전에 연료를 채워서 반납했어요. 반납 시 공항 주차장에 들어가서 같은 층을 돌다보면 직원이 차량번호를 알아보고 손짓을 하네요. 반납 시에도 연료를 채웠냐고 물어만 보고 확인도 안하네요. 저의 경우는 아주 편안한 일처리에 만족합니다.

Todo perfecto, precio estupendo, el coche no es lo más moderno pero sabíamos lo que alquilábamos. Nos recogió de madrugada, pagó en efectivo en euros sin tarjeta de crédito. Todo fue rápido y efectivo. Muchas gracias!!

Noleggio super efficiente. Ci siano incontrati all’ uscita dell’ aeroporto, mi hanno aspettato con un foglio su scritto il mio nome. Il tizio davvero cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo recati al parcheggio dove in 15 minuti abbiamo firmato il contratto. Mi hanno dato una macchina di categoria superiore rispetto a quanto noleggiato. Al ritorno, stessa procedura. La macchina era pulitissima e profumata. Consiglio assolutamente

We've had great experience with this rental company. Although they have office in the city, they wait customers at the airport with their name on paper with car ready to pick-up. They have even wait for us until 3 A.M. due to our 1 hour delayed flight. They offer simple but realiable cars in good condition, clean and for very good prices. We also got a bottle of water for each of us as a refreshment. Returning was also very smooth. We arranged it via WhatsApp almost an hour sooner then planned and they came to the airport in about 15 minutes to get a car. Overall the experience was exceptional and I'm glad that I gave a chance to local company instead worldwide agencies. Do the same - support local business.

Five stars from me for this rent-a-car agency! Very professional communication. They waited for us at the airport, and we picked up the car in the airport parking lot. The procedure was simple and took no more than 10 minutes. When we returned the car, it took even less time. No deposit was required, and we paid for full insurance coverage. The car was clean, and we received two bottles of water for free. There were quite a few scratches on the car and it wasn’t new, but we didn’t expect a luxury vehicle either. For four days in Cappadocia, the total cost of rental, insurance, and fuel was €130. Highly recommended - Altunel is a great choice!

Son muy amables y comprometidos, tuvimos una complicación con el coche, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y al ser festivo no podían arreglarlo, nos devolvieron la mitad del dinero en ese momento. A nuestra vuelta, el maletero se mojó por la lluvia y se mojaron nuestras cosas, a modo compensación nos pagaron un día de coche de alquiler en otra ciudad cuando lo necesitamos. Desde luego que cuando algo sale mal sin querer esta es la forma de dejar satisfecho al cliente. Los recomiendo. Gracias por todo.

Хорошая компания по аренде авто. Цена одна из самых низких в регионе. Встретили с табличкой , помогли с вещами, оформили документы прямо на парковке, оплата сразу по факту, предоплата никакая не нужна. Машина была с полным баком но не особо чистая. Оформил с полной страховкой, на неделю вышло не очень дорого. Общался по WhatsApp, при сдаче авто тоже никаких вопросов не было. От себя рекомендую!

My very first experience renting car in Turkey and I am glad that I received excellent service from this company. I booked quite last minute (10 days before) and they only have Sedan car for us family of 5 with luggages. I agreed due to my booking from different company got cancelled. Once arrived at the airport, Kemal brought us to parking lot and we found out that we wrongly booked manual car. So Kemal just changed the car to auto transmission without hassle. To summarized, just book your rent car from this company. They will provide you the very best service ever.
