it seems that my review, where I was telling my experience, has been deleted, which is not democratic at all. I will tell it again so that future customers will know what they are going through: I called Kars Merkez Taxi around 7.30 a.m., since I had a bus to go from Kars to Doğubeyazıt at 8.00 at the Otogar. The driver, despite the fact that I told him clearly were to go, brought me somewhere else, forcing me to loose the bus (so that I already lost 400tl). He brought me to the minibus station in the city (where I could have gone even walking: it is in the city centre, while the Otogar is 5km away from it), asked me for 350tl (later on I've been told that the standard price for this ride is 150tl, so this is scamming me just because Im a foreigner), and telling me to hop on in bus for Doğubeyazıt that he said he would have paid: it is jot true !!!! He didn't pay that. Other 250th. It ended up being that this bus was not even going to Doğubeyazıt. A terrible service, avoid to use it please because this is not a correct behaviour. Absolutely disrespectful. UPDATE: I add the screenshots of the location of the Kars Şehir Otogarı (as displayed by Google maps) and of the ticket of the bus that I paid for. The ticket clearly says"Kars Otogari". Have a nice day.

Highly recommend! Great and fast communication over Whatsapp. I texted after reaching Kars Airport and the car came in 5mins. Emrah was sweet and gave great recommendation on what to do in Kars. He also advised that I could store my luggage at a coffee shop and roam the city, and then pick it up before catching my train at night.
