What was meant to be a short 2 day stay at Kaçkar Kavrun Dağ Evleri, turned into 4 amazing days filled with lifelong memories. I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone staying in Kavrun village! Situated at the foot of the Kaçkar mountains, it’s a perfect place to spend some time before or after hiking in the range. I rented a tent during my stay and took day trips around the mountains. There is access to a communal dining area, comfy sofa and warm fireplace, and a toilet facility just next door. What really made this experience was the hospitality and kindness of the family. Hüseyin (Dede), Emel, Sahin and Gökdeniz have been beyond incredible - making sure my belly was full of Turkish tea and delicious food (especially the breakfast Mıhlama), taking care of me, and inviting me to play Horon in the village during the festival???????? Although I don’t speak Turkish, communication was never an issue - I chatted with Gökdeniz and Sahin in English, and also used translate. With the way I’ve been treated, it has felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Kaçkar Kavrun Dağ Evleri to anyone wanting to experience true Turkish hospitality in the beautiful Kaçkar mountains????️ Hüseyin (Dede), Emel, Sahin and Gökdeniz: her şey için teşekkür ederim. I will remember these 4 days fondly for the rest of my life????

Nous avons passé deux nuits au Kaçkar Kavrun Dağ Evleri. La famille fut très chaleureuse, tout comme le coin de feu auquel nous nous sommes réchauffés en voyant les voisins et les invités entrer et sortir. On s’est vite senti comme à la maison, même si une connaissance de la langue turque nous aurait permis de mieux nous faire comprendre. On recommande pour l’ambiance, le petit déj et les chalets très confortables.

If you’re visiting Mount Kacakar, I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant before your hike or even just for the experience itself. I had breakfast here and enjoyed the most delicious muhlamah with an absolutely unreal view truly breathtaking.The hospitality was outstanding, thanks to Husein Abi, who was incredibly kind and very informative. He made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The combination of great food, stunning scenery, and genuine hospitality makes this place a must-visit.⭐️⭐️????????????

Ailece bir gece konakladık. Yukarı Kavrun'a Ayder'den servisleri ile çıktık. Oda gayet rahat ve temizdi. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Buzul göllerine çıkmamız için oldukça yardımcı oldular. Çok misafirperver ve kibardılar. Bizim için unutulmaz bir deneyimdi. Kaçkar Kavrun Evlerinde konaklamanızı ve Yukarı Kavrun'un doğasının keyfini çıkarmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Hüseyin abi ve ailesi bize evimizde gibi hissettirdi . Tesisin yanına çadır kurduk bize her konuda yardımcı oldular . Teşekkür ederiz
