I had a really bad experience at Juno in Nişantaşı. I found hair in my salad and, naturally, couldn’t eat it. When I told the waiter, instead of apologising, he asked, “Where is the hair?” and acted as if I had made it up. He even said that “some customers have lied before,” clearly implying that I might be lying too. He took the salad away without offering a single apology. When the bill arrived, the salad was still included. I asked why I should pay for something I couldn’t eat because of their hygiene issue. Their response was unbelievable: they told me that “no one in the kitchen has long hair,” so apparently I “can’t prove” that there was hair in the dish. We asked to speak with the manager, but unfortunately he had the same attitude. Not one apology, just a defensive, accusatory tone that blamed the customer. In the end, they removed the salad from the bill, but having to insist on it and repeat several times that I wasn’t lying was uncomfortable and humiliating. The approach was incredibly rude. It was a terrible experience in terms of both hygiene and customer service. I absolutely do not recommend Juno.
