We had an excellent experience with Doc. Dr. Ismet Hortu. From start to finish, I felt like my mom was in great hands. The office was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Doc.Dr. Hortu was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to all of our concerns. I appreciated that he explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. During our appointment, Doc.Dr. Hortu was thorough and efficient. He was able to diagnose my mom’s issue quickly and provided us with a clear plan of action. He answered all of our questions and made sure that my mom was comfortable with the treatment plan before moving forward. I've seen a lot of doctors over the years, and I can honestly say that Doc. Acil olarak ilgisizler, acildeki "estetik cerrahı" olarak tanıtılan kişi, daha estetik dikişten habersiz. Acilde 6 saat geçirdikten sonra diyebilirim ki, gördüğüm manzara epey üzücü. Keşke çocukların başına deneyimli bir doktor koysalarmış. İnsan hayatına pek değer vermeyen, hallerinden memnun olmadıkları için, hastanın da halinden memnun olmadığında empati kurmadan, yaklaşımda bulunan genç acil ekibi sayesinde, gelecek için kaygı duydum.
