2 hafta önceTC vatandaşıyım ve 4 yıldır aynı evde yaşadığım ev arkadaşıma turistik oturma izninin uzatması/yenilenmesi için başvuruda bulunduk. En son uzatmalarda düzenli gelir ispatı isteniyordu. Gelir ispatı için "yeminli tercüman noter" işlemleri yaptık (Yaklaşık 50 bin TL masraf.) Aylık geliri ise 100 bin civarı. Diğer evrakları da eksiksizdi.sağlık sigortası, TC bankada toplu 8bin dolar ,ayrıca asgari ücretin 1.5 katı düzenli gelirin TC bankasına yatırılması, son 3 aylık yurt içi ve yurt dışı banka hesap dökümü, TC bankada 100bin TL , ikamet adresi, su faturası vb . Ret geldi. Açıklama düzenli gelir ispatı yetersizliği! Ardından itirazda bulunduk. Mahkemede aynı kararı verdi. Daha neyi nasıl ispatlayacağız anlamadım. Dosyalar neye göre inceleniyor, kim karar veriyor merak ediyorum. Tüm talep edilenler yerine getirilmişken ,niye ret veriliyor. Şimdi 6 ay geçti ve aynı sebepten tekrar başvuru yapılacak .

2 ay önceThe place is not organized at all. Our rendezvous was at 2 pm, we got there at 1:30 and finished at 4:30. They prevented me from going in to translate for my mother and sister saying "there are translators inside" when there aren't translators inside. Most of the papers they want are available on e-devlet. The staff at the door have no manners whatsoever. If they don't want the place to be crowded then don't give everyone the same exact rendezvous time.

2 ay önceI applied for a residence permit after graduation and I am currently staying at my housemate’s address. According to the official list of required documents, I submitted a notarized undertaking and a utility bill. During my appointment, additional documents were requested, including a copy of my housemate’s residence permit, passport, and address registration. I submitted all of these documents as requested. However, I later received a message stating that one of my documents is still missing, referring only to “Others” without specifying which document.!!!!!
