Billur was fantastic to work with! She sent us video tours of available apartments while we were in Canada when a rental property came up that matched our criteria. This added to our excitement and confidence about making the move to Istanbul. She also arranged an Airbnb and for airport pickup. Billur then met us at the airport to help us navigate our way into the city the first time, and settle us into our accommodation. This company goes the extra mile! They love the neighbourhood, Cihangir, and are happy to point out shops, restaurants, service providers and assist with translation whenever needed.
