I recently had a deeply frustrating and highly unprofessional experience at the university's international students office . The staff's conduct was unacceptable. There was a complete lack of professionalism and zero willingness to assist with my problem. I had to approach them multiple times for serious issues and each time the outcome was the same: I received no help whatsoever. The employees were simply 'there,' showing no engagement or effort to resolve my issues. This kind of negligence and poor treatment is highly detrimental to the student experience. It's truly disappointing that students are left without adequate support. I strongly urge the management to address this severe lack of service and train the staff on basic professional conduct and problem-solving skills
