Очень странный магазин. Сначала обещают всё, что угодно! Говорят, что привезут понравившееся украшение вашего размера прям через 2-3 часа. И потом в течение трёх дней каждый день по 2 раза в день повторяют это обещание, утверждают, что всё будет хорошо, просто Ваш заказ прийдет в следующей посылке, чуть-чуть подождите. А потом не отвечают на сообщения и звонки. Не рекомендую с ними связываться, если нет Вашего размера - потеряете время впустую!

Il 23 settembre 2024 ho comprato a mia moglie un anello come ricordo della vacanza dei 10 anni di matrimonio. Oggi mia moglie si è accorta che l’anello ha già perso una pietra, siamo passati dal negozio per avere una soluzione, ma era chiuso (forse perché domenica?). Domani partiremo per tornare a casa e sarò costretto a trovare una soluzione con una gioielleria vicino casa, naturalmente dovendo sborsare altri soldi. Mi spiace ma sono deluso e amareggiato

Dear shop owner, Please help. My friend and I bought matching rings from your store on 15th of July to celebrate a 20th anniversary. At first we were very happy with the rings and I have attached a photo when first completed. However after only a few weeks, both of our rubies had fallen out our rings and are lost. We also discovered the inside of the rings are actually hollow and not solid. My ring has multiple dings in it after only a months wear due to the thin material. We are very disappointed as these rings are very special to us and we had hoped they would last a very long time. We paid a lot of money for them and were lead to believe they were of very high quality. The service you provided instore was great. Unfortunately we cannot find any contact details online so that we claim the warranty you sold the rings with. We are hoping you see this review and can help us come to a helpful resolution as we are no longer in Turkey. I look forward to your reply.
