Нарешті зрозуміла їжа! Ми скуштували тейшоку з цього закладу, і це була найсмачніша їжа за весь час у Стамбулі. Це було майже як вдома, я аж майже заплакав???? Кухарі дійсно вклали зусилля та душу, зробивши все неможливо автентично так далеко від Японії... Дякую!

Very cute shop in the Etiler, I was able to find very good rice paper and miso paste that I wanted for a while. As I was shopping around I heard that they have famous chicken Ramen, which i plan on tasting as well. From the rice paper I made healthy sugar Free high in protein mochis. Very friendly staff. Looking forward to visiting the shop again!

カップ麺やらインスタント味噌汁やら旅行者がホテルの部屋でほっと一息、みたいなものは無い。リッター醤油やらキロ（冷凍）味噌やらほとんど業務用みたいな感じ。日本の発酵食品が食べたい！と十ン年前にも買った自家製納豆は冷凍になっていた、はいいんだけど全然発酵が進んでなくてほとんど蒸し大豆でがっくし。その他のイツミ冷凍お惣菜は美味しかった。サバサンドを食べるたび「これは白いご飯で食べたい！」と思うのは日本人あるある、というわけでサバの塩焼き弁当をいただきました。まあ日本で買う弁当とは違うとはいえとても丁寧に作ってある感じで美味しかった。ただ密かに楽しみにしていた豚の生姜焼き！みたいなアグレッシブなメニューは無くなってて残念。まあ旅行者が来るような立地ではないし今どき駐在員などもほとんどいないだろうし、基本トルコ人向けなのでせう。ウナギソースたるものがプッシュされてて不思議。イスラム教徒はウナギ食べづらいよなあ、うなだれ飯でも食べるのかしらん。

This ramen is same as the top tier chicken ramen that I have had in Tokyo. The prices are very reasonable. we come here multiple times a week. This spot is better than almost all food in Istanbul. I am missing the food already.

Best chicken ramen I’ve ever had. You won’t find better in Istanbul. Also a reasonable price. Everyone needs to try it, the owner puts so much love into his food and you can taste the difference. Highly recommend eating here!!

You can find everything you need to make sushi at home, with affordable price! I’m so happy to discover this Asian grocery store in Istanbul. I got sushi rice (yum yum), rice vinegar (love the aroma), salmon (so fresh), crabs (yummy), seaweed sheets (good quality), soy sauce (super tasty), nori furikake (amazingly delicious). See the pic for the ???? I made by using everything from ICHIBAN ???? +definitely give a try to their frozen noodle, you’ll cook the best ramen at home ???? ???? Also thank you so much for all the tips from how to cook sushi rice to how to roll sushi more efficiently ☺️ I’ve improved my sushi making skills thanks to you ???? Looking forward to give another visit when I’m back to Istanbul again. Keep up the good work, ICHIBAN ✌️

Tek kelimeyle muhteşem bir yer japon mutfağına dair hemen hemen her şeyi bulabileceğiniz küçük ama çok işlevsel bir yer ayrıca diğer bir çok uzakdoğu mutfağından daha lezzetli sushiler yapan bir aşçıları var kesinlikle yemekleri deneyin gidemeseniz bile paket servisi mevcut biz ailece çok seviyoruz

Amnan diyeyim Makro carefour gurme migrosa bakmadan sakın ha gideyim deme carefueda 230tl (95tl varya) olan sirkeyi 350tl alırsın sonramarkette karşına çıkar allahlardan bulsunlar işallah dersin!
