o da buz gibi klima asla çalışmıyor, ısıtmıyor, farklı bir odaya geçiş yapamıyorum, ikinci yorganı istedim. donmak istiyorsanız otelde kalabilirsiniz... otelde teknik servis yok, güvenlik görevlisi, klimayı kontrol etmeye geliyor. yorgan istiyorum yine güvenlik görevlisi getiriyor. gelen yorgan nevresime takılı değil benim takmamı istiyor. ilk ve son konaklamam olacak.

Alles war bestens. Ich hatte keinerlei Probleme. Besonders Frau Döndü an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, sowohl was den Preis als auch das Zimmer betraf. Die Preise waren gut, und der Service war ebenfalls gut. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Assalamu alaykum! I stopped for one night in Istanbul and stayed at the Ibis Istanbul Esenyurt hotel. During stop in Istanbul I am always busy and come only to sleep in hotel. Hotel staff are polite and professional, location is good and room also comfortable. I wish all the best to IIE hotel.

Estuve una semana en el Hotel Ibis Esenyurt y mi experiencia fue excelente. Todo estaba impecable: las habitaciones muy limpias y bien organizadas, el ambiente acogedor. El personal se destacó por su amabilidad y comprensión, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que no hablo turco. Me hicieron sentir muy cómodo y bien atendido en todo momento. El único punto a mejorar para mí sin duda es que en los pasillos y ascensor huele mucho a tabaco. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y un servicio atento en Esenyurt.

I stayed here a lot of times. There is great location if you have business in the surrounding areas. Underground private parking is always available. There is friendly and hospitable staff. Recommend to all!

I stayed there for PTE exam because it was near Mindi Academy center. It was near to the metrobus ????. And near to shopping ???? malls.

Although I was booked to a smoking room 619 from 19 January 2026 not a smoker. The manager was so great and staff, even when I had a problem forgot my passport in the hotel then police could not understand English but the manager came on my rescue. Thank you to the manager u rescued me also can I mention Dondu for her excellent service although she booked me in a smoking room, it didn't matter when I mentioned that I am asthmatic ????. The breakfast was very nice.
