J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec mon époux à l’hôtel Sera à Laleli L’endroit était propre, le personnel très gentil et accueillant, toujours disponible. L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la station de bus Yenikapı et de l’arrêt de tramway Laleli-Université. Il se trouve en plein centre-ville, près de tout, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Istanbul. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

It’s overall been a good place to stay, the staffs are friendly, it’s easy to access the hotel. Downside, you don’t get breakfast, no tv, the rooms are small. But it still does the job. Fairly cheap prices as well.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The rooms are air-conditioned and each has free wi-fi. The location of the hotel is great and everything is very close. Breakfast is also included and the price is very affordable.
