A truly refined experience at the Hilton Istanbul Bakırköy. I spent my time here for fasting and found both the Iftar and Sahur offerings to be exceptional. The culinary quality was matched only by the professional and attentive staff, who made every moment feel seamless and welcoming.,and my daughter wants to add her special thanks for Duygu for her exceptional omlettes

I stayed at Hilton Istanbul Bakirkoy for 9 nights with my mom, and our stay was truly pleasant and warm. We included breakfast with our stay, and we never regretted that decision. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of food. Our absolute favorites were the scrambled eggs and the grilled cheese — honestly 10 out of 10! Huge compliments to the kitchen for those. There was also a pastry with halva that was absolutely mouthwatering. Overall there were so many great options — cheeses, olives, vegetables, sausages, and more. We also ordered room service during our stay, and the lentil soup was incredible. It was so good that we ended up ordering it almost every day because we just couldn’t get enough of it ???? The room was perfectly clean throughout our stay. The sheets, towels, and trash were always taken care of promptly, which we really appreciated. The gym is spacious and well equipped — everything you need for a great workout. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try the spa because I had rhinoplasty surgery during the trip, but I’m sure it would have been a wonderful experience as well. The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly, and always happy to help with any questions we had. One thing that felt a little inconvenient at first was the security check at the entrance each time we returned to the hotel. However, in the end it actually made us feel even safer, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Be prepared to get ripped off. Especially at the breakfast! Just paid 2200 TL or 44€ for a hotel breakfast which is never more worth than 15€. I am never coming back.

From the moment we arrived, he ensured that everything was perfectly arranged and that we felt genuinely welcome. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly outstanding. He is always available, approachable, and ready to assist with any request, consistently going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I walked into the elegant and modern lobby, I was impressed by the sophisticated design and warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to the team at the front desk and management for their hospitality — they made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city and coastline — especially stunning at night when the skyline lights up. Waking up to the sea view and watching ships pass by was unforgettable. The dining experience was equally impressive. Enjoying a delicious meal with a spectacular sea view was one of the highlights of my stay. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything from the soups and salads to the main dishes was excellent. The restaurant ambiance, combined with the view of the Marmara Sea, created a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. The location is also very convenient — close to main roads and shopping areas, yet peaceful and comfortable. The hotel perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and accessibility. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. Whether you are visiting Istanbul for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hilton Istanbul Bakırköy. This was my fifteenth trip to Istanbul with my wife, and during our stays in this city we have experienced many five-star hotels. Five-star hotels generally offer a similar level of service, and naturally every hotel has its own strengths and weaknesses. However, what truly distinguishes this hotel from others of the same class is the presence of its exceptionally well-mannered, polite, and kind staff. From the moment you enter the hotel and throughout your entire stay, the sense of warmth, care, and dedication shown by all the staff is clearly noticeable. We arrived at the hotel several hours earlier than check-in time, and despite the standard policies, they prepared our room for us. They patiently answered our questions about getting around by metro and accessing nearby neighborhoods. During breakfast, Mr. Altin warmly welcomed us and even arranged for a separate plate of fruit and pastries to be sent to our room. Our stay at this hotel has been so pleasant that although we still have three days remaining, I felt compelled to share my review right now.

Absolutely wonderful place! Fantastic staff. You must try the breakfast!
