Hilton Garden Inn Erzurum

Hotel personellerinden Zinnur Bey’in yardım ve destekleri sayesinde ekstra keyifli bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Herkese tavsiye ederiz

2 gece kaldım.Kaliteli güzel bir konaklama oldu.

Otel genel olarak iyiydi. Sıcaktı. Temizlik ve günlük su verme konusunda iyiydi. Çoğu yere yakındı. Her yere taksi ile gittik. Yemekleri iyiydi ilk gün restorandan odaya sipariş verdik. Qesadilla, pizza ve karışık ızgara. Köftesi ve etli qesadillası çok lezzetliydi. Kayak için ringleri vardı sabah ve akşam iki sefer olmak üzere 09.30 10.30 - 16.30 17.30 ilk gün dönüşte 17.30 ile dönecektik ancak servis geç geldi sonrasında da bazı yabancı turistleri beklemek zorunda olduğumuz için 18.30 dan sonra hareket ettik. Boş boş ıslak kıyafetlerle bekletildik bu durum pek hoş olmadı. İkinci gün bu yüzden 16.30 servisine gittik o hemen kalktı. Zaten telesiyejlerin kapanma saati 16.30 kiralama alanına dönmek için aşağıdan telesiyeje binmek gerekiyor ilk gün saati kimse söylemediği için kapandığını aşağıda öğrendik ve jandarma ile çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Kayak odasında yüzde 20 indirimle kayak takımı kiraladık yani kişi başı 1200 ödedik. Son günümüzde odamızda bir saat sular kesildi arayıp söyledik donmuş olduğunu söylediler bir saat sonunda uzun bir süre kahverengi bir su aktı ve sonrasında su temizlendi. Bu sorunlar dışında kalan her şey olumluydu.

Erzurum'daki evimiz diyebiliriz. Havalimaninda karşılanmamızdan otelden ayrılışımıza kadar çok kaliteli bir servis aldık. Palandöken'deki tesisleri cok kaliteli ve temizdi.Belki oraya bir asansör yapılsa daha rahat iniş çıkış olabilir. Bu arada resepsiyonda çalışan Merve hnm Kadir bey ve Abdullah bey'e sonsuz teşekkürler. İyi ki varsınız.....

NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! One of the worst accommodation experiences ever! First of all I have to say I travel a lot due to both personal and business purposes so I've stayed a lot of different hotels. Second, normally I don't bother with things easily and write comments much about them. However, this was a very bad experience because of the attitude of the hotel's staff. 30 December 2025 - 3 January 2026 This is the date I stayed at this hotel so it was very cold snowy days in Erzurum but the heating system wasn't working properly in my room which was 1336 and it was showing the room temp around 18.5 degree during my stay. Since I checked-in late because I was snowboarding all day at Palandoken, and didn't spend the evening at the room after checking in, I didn't realize it was cold until I go to bed but I spent the first night like that anyways. However, the second day while I was leaving the hotel ealy in the morning I told the front desk about the heating problem and asked to send someone to check until I come back. When I come back in the evening, there was no change. I called the front desk to remind them to send someone, they said ok but didn't send anybody. While I was leaving the hotel for dinner in like an hour, I told front desk again they said ok. When I come back towards the midnight, apparently somebody came to the room but nothing changed with the heater but that person should have thought closing curtains would help. I called the front desk and told what happens and asked to solve this. They said ok but nobody came and around 30 mins later I called and asked at least send me a heater, they said ok but nobody came again. When I called again, they said we checked but we have no heater they said. They didn't even bother to call me and let me know. Then I asked at least send me extra blanket. The guy showed up at my door about 20 mins later with a blanket without even a quilt cover which I have faced such thing at a hotel for the first time. After all this I went down to the front desk and told the whole story and complaint about it they apologized and sent tech to my room and the tech guy decided to change the filter at 1am in the middle of the night and left which didn't change anything about the heating system. Until the end of my stay, nobody asked anything if my problem resolved. Normally I wouldn't mind to right here but after this terrible experience I need to specify that the breakfast is not 5 star hotel level, things they serve stale and old, things the staff cook tasted badly. No bellboy available. Lousy and reckless staff. Very snowy days neglected car park nobody is taking care of. I could count but to sum up, it doesn't deserve the amount that you would pay and far from 5 star hotel experience! I visit Erzurum, sometimes couple of times, every year for snowboarding and I can assure you that there are hotels which would provide way better service for lower price so that you can avoid this kind of bad services.

Отличный отель для посещения города Эрзурум и лыжного курорта Паландёкен. Отель организует трансферы для лыжников. Время езды до курорта 15-17 мин. В отеле классные завтраки и ужины. Рекомендую брать полупансион. В номере был прекрасный душ и ванная. Особая благодарность работникам ресепшена Мухаммеду, Мерве. Мы не получили ни одного отказа на наши просьбы, сверх того, помощь предлагали сами сотрудники и отказывались брать за это деньги. Отдельное спасибо Шеф повару ресторана Сами, такой вкусный шведский стол ещё надо поискать! . Спасибо водителю Хабипу, а также сотрудникам лыжного центра Liberta Bianca Конураю и Буракджану.

Kayak tatilim için son iki yıldır Hilton Inn Garden otelinde konaklıyorum. Konumu merkezi, kayak merkezine ve havalimanına çok yakın 10-15 dk.lık sürede ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Açık büfe kahvaltısı ve akşam büfesi oldukça başarılı ve zengin çeşitliliğe sahip. Çalışanlar ise güleryüzlü ve taleplerinizi en hızlı bir şekilde size geri dönüş sağlıyor. Tüm ekibe çok teşekkürler, yine çok memnun kalarak otelden ayrıldım.
