I’d like to share my sincere appreciation for Lola, the receptionist at Hurrem Sultan Hammam. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment we arrived. Lola helped us choose the right type of hammam experience based on our needs and guided us clearly through the spa menu. Her warm attitude and helpful guidance made our visit smooth and enjoyable. Truly excellent service — thank you, Lola! Highly recommended.

3 ay önceA small water fountain next to the famous Hammam. The fountain isn’t operational and I didn’t see any faucet. I went there during Tulip season and also took some photos of the surrounding gardens.
