Harmony Hotel & Spa Merter

My go-to hotel in Istanbul from now on I’ve been traveling to Istanbul for five years, around three times a year, and I’ve stayed in so many hotels. But Harmony Hotel & Spa (previously InterCellar) is honestly the best one I’ve ever been to — and it will be the only hotel I stay in for all my future trips. The first time my husband and I visited Istanbul years ago, the hotel was still called InterCellar and we had an amazing experience. After that, we tried many other hotels… but coming back now, after five years, reminded me why this one stands out so much. If you’re coming for business — especially for wholesale clothing shopping — this hotel is perfect. It’s walking distance to Merter, and just a few steps away from the metro or bus that takes you directly to Güngören. You save so much time and money on transportation. The staff deserve a special mention. On my first night, Turan and Baygandch were incredibly helpful — they immediately corrected my booking mistake without any issues and made the whole process very smooth. On my second night, Mansur was exceptional. He helped me find a reliable taxi with a fair price, assisted with my late check-out so I wouldn’t be overcharged, and made sure everything during my stay went smoothly. His kindness and professionalism truly made a big difference. I also checked in early and checked out late, and both services were only $20 each — very convenient. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything about this hotel is simple, smooth, and stress-free — exactly what you need on a work trip. From now on, Harmony Hotel & Spa is my first and only choice in Istanbul. Highly recommended, especially for shoppers and business travelers. ????

Eşimle kaldım çıkalı 2 gün oldu eşimin ve benim boğazlarım ve ciğerlimiz gerçekte çok kötü durumda odada pis bir koku ve klimadan çıkan rahatsız edici bir salınım vardı ayrıca oda hiç temizlenmemiş tuvaletler çok pis yataklar çok pis koku var kesinlikle tavsiye atmam

Eşimle konaklamış olduğum çift kişilik odada ilk girdiğimizde ondanın içerisi havasız ve sigara kokusu vardı. Perdeler çok kötü sigara kokuyordu. İçerisini 3-4 saat havalandırmamız bile yetersiz kaldı. Spa ve hamamı kullanmadık. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi ancak yumurta yoktu diğerleri de çok özensizdi.

Odaların geniş ve yatakların rahat olması ve yemeklerin lezzeti çok güzeldi, otelin konumu olarak da her yere yakın ve ulaşimı kolay olması işime çok yaradı teşekkürler

Kalmış olduğum süre içersinde hotelin temizliğinden ve güler yüzlü personelin hizmetinden çok memnun kaldım. ilgi ve alakanız için çok teşekkür ederim.
