Hare Restaurant

We had a tasty breakfast experience at Hare. The staff were very warm and welcoming, specially Yasin and Ceyda. We had a great time! Absolutely recommended!

Great place, especially if you are a tourist interested in local food in a traditional setting. Located in the old town, it feels historic with a lot of classic dishes from various regions in Turkey. My fiancé and I ordered the Hare Special, which was tasty, filling, and allowed us to sample all the classic dishes in one platter. I particularly loved the bulgur rice that came with it. The mezes also deserve a mention. The restaurant, by default, brings you some olives, cacık and crushed feta-style cheese marinated with tomatoes. We also ordered a few yoghurt-based mezes which were quite pleasant. The only thing that was somewhat subpar was the pumpkin tahini dessert, which I say relying on my recently acquired strong expertise coming from the 4 pumpkin desserts I sampled in the last 4 consecutive days. The difference was that the one here felt more like a healthier, lower-sugar version, so the taste and texture weren't as intense on your taste buds. Make no mistake, however; this is no complaint. If anything, there is one thing this experience taught me, and it's that even "bad" pumpkin dessert is good pumpkin dessert. I devoured and savoured every last piece of it, and will still not hesitate in recommending it (#noregrets). Would come back again for sure!

Buranın açılış reklamını duvara astıkları pankartta görmüştüm 2 yıl önce. Tekrar Kaleiçi'ne geldiğimde mutlaka deneyimlemek istediğim bir yerdi ve bu yıl kısmet oldu. Beklediğime resmen değmiş, herşey muhteşem lezzetliydi. Mezeler inanılmaz lezzetli ve sunumları çok şık. Özellikle garson olarak hizmetini yerine getiren Yasin beyin ilgisi ni ok teşekkür ederim. Umarım yolumuz düştüğünde tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.. ✨

The service was superb. However the food was not as good as expected. It was not bad just as in any other place.

5 den fazla yıldız olsaydı verirdim. Ben böyle mükemmel lezzetler daha evvel yemedim. Hibeş mezesine doyamadım. Beyti de müthiş yorumlanmış. Orjinaliyle alakası olmayan yorumları sevmem ama bu Beyti orjinale uygundu. O akşam soĝuk olmasına rağmen açık alan ısıtıcılar gayet yeterliydi (orta kısımda oturmak kendi tercihimizdi). Yemeklerin lezzeti hakikaten mükemmeldi. Hijyen zaten iyiyidi, ki böyle mekanda farklısını düşünülemez. Boĝmayan dozunda güzel bir ilgi vardı çalışanlar tarafından. Müdürün muhabbeti de güzeldi. Mekanın mimarisi de çok zevkli. Kısacası bundan sonra her Antalya ziyaretimizde gideceĝimiz bir Restaurant.

What an amazing experience!!!! We stopped by as a family walking through the Old Town. Excellent food, atmosphere… and most of all, amazing experience!!!! Top-notch service… Yasin was our server and provided an A+++ service! We enjoyed it tremendously!!! Thank you! Would return in a heart beat.
