Gotze fue muy amable con nosotros y fue muy paciente (no hablamos turco). Siempre con actitud positiva. Las habitaciones son acorde con el precio, normales. La ubicación es perfecta

Odalar çok kirli. Banyodaki ışık çalışmıyordu. Yatağın altı tozluydu. Yatak örtüleri kıl tüy içinde. Dışarıdan ve odalardan çok ses geliyor. Gece köpek sesinden uyuyamadık.

Leider haben wir gar keine angemehmen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die ganze Nacht bellte ein Hund genau vor dem Hotel und die Türen waren so Schalldicht wie ein Stück Pappe, wodurch wir bis 4Uhr wach waren und vllt 1-2Stunden geschlafen haben. Die Betten waren das ungemütlichste was ich je erlebt habe und die Kissen so hart wie ein Stein, wir hatten danach beide Nackenschmerzen. Die Toilette hing schief an der Wand, mehr muss ich dazu denke ich nichts sagen. Das Frühstück war ok. Der nette Herr vom Buffet machte uns immerhin frisches omlett und Melone.

Chambre très sale , mobilier ancien, défectueux, Clim en dessous de la tête de lits meme pas un truc pour se couvrir , draps sales alors les salle de bains n’en parlons meme pas moisie, mauvaise odeurs, on avait l’impression d’être dans un hôtel abandonné, ascenseur en panne bref on devait passer une nuit pour ne pas faire la route le soir c’était une très mauvaise expérience en tout cas on avait pas le choix pour sortir le soir .

Receptiion guyis very helpful. He gave us some fruits at 1 am when we arrived. thank you resturant guy was very Rude he came and asked us why we use more than one plate each. another thing we were 6 guests at that time 8 am and he only put 2-3 fried eggs and when some one he knows she came after, he gave her 3 eggs. ( looks like he pays from his own pocket) owner and admin work so hard to gain good reviews and rating but only one staff change the whole story. I have a video when he came and speak to us about plates. if management want that video I'll be happy to send it. location is excellent rooms and matters are very good.
