Guldehan Hotel

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. Reserved a year ago on booking.com to pay at property in May with free cancellation. They attempted to charge my card without notification against the agreement. Luckily the card had since been cancelled as it was lost. When I asked them about it they told me to cancel my reservation. When I asked why they said there was a uefa match over those dates and they would consider my reservation if I paid in advance. I told them I had updated my card and that’s what my partner and I were come for. I asked if they would still honour free cancellation if we paid in advance and refund us. They then said they were full. They would not tell me why they would honour bookings that came in after ours, and they said the booking from booking.com was not guaranteed. I told them we’re are a couple in our 50’s, not young lads looking to party. They still refused to engage then blocked me. I since have receive notice from booking.com that there is availability for our dates there at an inflated price. Them refusing our booking has put us at a major disadvantage. AVOID.

It was a good experience to stay here and for sure will stay here again in the next trip to istanbul - friendly staff -good food -convenient place -highly recommended Love From Malaysian ????

This is hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Turkey. I have stayed in many 4 and 5-star hotels before, but I have never had an experience quite like this. The rooms are spotless; you truly feel like you are in your own home. The owner mr Bayram is incredibly nice, friendly, and speaks excellent English. He went above and beyond at the end of our stay by helping me carry my baggage to the airport transport. I will definitely come back again! I forgot to add the wifi network is 5G with very good speed Highly recommended . You will have such good experience and for the price this the best option you can have in taksim area.

Номера конечно маловаты, Неплохой скромный завтрак. Чисто ежедневно убираются. Отличное расположение, вежливый персонал В целом за свою стоимость просто отлично.

???? Important Warning! ???? This hotel is very disappointing, don’t be fooled by the photos! The rooms are tiny, like a tomb, with no ventilation or space to breathe. ???? Even the breakfast area is terrible. If you miss the breakfast timing, they just tell you “figure it out”! You’ll either wait or miss your breakfast even though you paid full price. Very frustrating experience, not recommended. ???? ???? تحذير مهم! ???? الفندق مخيب جدًا للتوقعات، لا تغتروا بالصور المعروضة! الغرف صغيرة جدًا وكأنها مقبرة، ولا يوجد تهوية أو مساحة للتنفس. ???? حتى مكان الفطور سيء جدًا، إذا ما لحقت على الفطور يقولون لك “دبر حالك”! ستضطر للانتظار أو تضيع فطورك رغم أنك دفعت فلوسك كاملة. تجربة محبطة جدًا ولا أنصح أحد فيها. ???? ???? Önemli Uyarı! ???? Bu otel çok hayal kırıklığı yaratıyor, fotoğraflara aldanmayın! Odalar mezar gibi çok küçük, hiç havalandırma yok ve nefes alacak alan yok. ???? Kahvaltı alanı da çok kötü. Kahvaltı saatini kaçırırsanız size “kendin hallet” derler! Ya beklemek zorunda kalırsınız ya da tam ücret ödemenize rağmen kahvaltıyı kaçırırsınız. Çok sinir bozucu bir deneyim, tavsiye etmiyorum. ????

2 gün boyunca elektrikler yoktu , 5 günde sadece 2 kez oda temizliği yapıldı ve oda -1. Katta havalandırması yoktu .

Рекомендую, отель замечательный. Недорого, свежий современный ремонт, хорошие завтраки, приятный персонал.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff spoke English which was great and they were very helpful in helping us decide what to see and how to get there. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect...less than 3 minutes walk from Taksim square, and the main street which is full of high street shops, restaurants, bars, clubs ects...its a shoppers dream :). There are also a few tourist attractions such as the famous tram...churches and mosque. Will definitely stay here again..Highly recommended!

It was an excellent experience, the hotel is in a great location and has easy access to public transportation, I really loved the hotel, all staff are friendly and are always willing to help you. ????????????????

The room was bit too small for my liking but neat and well kept.Toilet was upto date with latest sanitary.Just a 5 min walk from taksim square so i would say location is good.Staff was friendly.Owner him self is a great guy helps you with everything you require super friendly and accommodating.

Прекрасный отель для тех, кто ценит комфорт и дружелюбное отношение! Удобное расположение у метро Таксим позволяет быстро добраться до любой точки города. В отеле чисто, свежо, все работает исправно. Завтраки вполне приличные, а главное – это персонал! Хочется выразить огромную благодарность за их радушие, приветливость и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Если вы ищете бюджетный вариант проживания в Стамбуле с отличным сервисом, этот отель – то, что вам нужно! (Лично мне ближе старый город, но это уже дело вкуса!).

Schrecklichstes Hotel, das ich je besucht habe! Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Ruhe findet man hier nicht, weder tagsüber noch nachts, da es durchgehend laut ist. Das Gebäude scheint komplett aus Holz zu bestehen, sodass man jedes Geräusch der anderen Gäste hören kann – selbst wenn sie nur laufen. Auch der Lärm von der Straße dringt ungehindert ins Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche war extrem unhygienisch und widerlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eine Zumutung – alles war schmutzig und alt, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. An einem Tag bekamen wir kein Toilettenpapier und als wir uns beim Personal beschwerten, wurden wir von einem älteren Mitarbeiter angeschrien. Er behauptete, Toilettenpapier sei nur am ersten Tag kostenlos, und ab dem zweiten Tag gäbe es das “als Geschenk” – absolut inakzeptabel. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr unangenehm. Die Männer in der Gegend waren laut, respektlos und aufdringlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen! Hände weg!

Tek başıma 2 gece geçirdim ve gayet memnun kaldım. Sadece uyumak için yeterli bir otel. Yorumları okuyup biraz endişelenmiştim ama hiçte kötü değil. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever otelin konumu gayet iyi. Tavsiye ederim.

The hotel is nice, clean, big. The reception guys speak English. The location is good. Hope they don't lose what they have.
