Great airport hotel

It was a quite good experience, finding that place was a bit hard but overall staff, stay, food everything was great.

Хотелът е разположен на 20 мин с кола от летището на Истанбул. Стаите бяха нови и добре оборуде=вани, банята беше достатъчно голяма и удобна. Персоналът на хотела е много любезен и отзивчив. Организираха транспорт от летището до хотела и обратно няколко часа преди моето пристигане. Препоръчвам хотела и бих отседнал отново там, ако съм в Истанбул.

The hotel staff were very kind. The lobby and the room were beautiful and the whole hotel was very clean. The location is not ideal - it's literally in the middle of nowhere, no shops or restaurants around (even though it looks like it on the map). There is a seaside town nearby which we reached with a bus (about 10min drive) and the airport is not far away. Given we had a free shuttle included in the price we were ok with that. The free shuttle was great, a very comfortable limousine style ride But bare in mind taxi to the airport or the seaside town is expensive if not included. What we were disappointed about was that it was not mentioned anywhere that the swimming pool water is cold and we would not be able to use it. Rather, the hotel was advertised as a spa hotel with lots of pictures of the pool and we only found out at arrival. This was one of the main reasons to select it for our stay, we wanted to relax in the pool and sauna before a very long trip to Japan. We were also told that the Turkish bath which is usually charged at 20 euros per person is broken and that if we wanted to use the normal sauna that would be also 20 euros per person. We did not make use of this offer as we felt it should have been offered for free for guests of the hotel especially when the pool is not available and the Turkish sauna is broken. We did not eat from the hotel restaurant as it felt quite expensive but instead had lovely dinner at a restaurant by the sea. For breakfast, we were served a big plate of different kinds of tasty cheese with some ham, jam etc. and a lot of bread. They were accommodating to my 3yo son and myself who don't consume gluten and prepared omlettes. Our experience apart from the above mentioned disappointment with the pool was overall positive. Maybe better to go there in season or ask in advance if the pool works.

What a lovely surprise after a long travel day. The shuttle to and from the airport couldn’t have been nicer, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was kind and helpful. Thank you!

I stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was really good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere enjoyable. The room was a bit old and could use some updates, and unfortunately, the spa was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. Still, for the service and hospitality, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a short visit.

Süit oda tuttuk fakat jakuzinin ne tıpası vardı nede yeterince temizdi bir gece konakladık akşam yemeği olarak hamburger sipariş verdik gelene bir bakar mısınız. Bunun parasını almaları yetmiyormuş gibi birde servis ücretini de aldılar saçma sapan bir deneyim yaşadım acayip gerildim ve mutsuz olarak ayrıldım hiç memnun kalmadım.

This is the second time I am staying at this property but this year the agent at front desk doesn’t speak English and it makes it hard to communicate. I asked her to order me a yellow taxi to the airport and not only could she not answer me back, she had to use a translator on her phone the entire time. She ended up telling that it will be 50euro to the airport with fee of the hotel (green taxi is more expensive) . I told her I paid 15 euro on the way here and not paying more than that to which she told me to order it myself. I asked to speak with the manager and later was told they refuse to call the taxi for me (or even speak to me?) . Very disappointed with this particular easy request gone wrong. I worked in hotels and I don’t understand why she refused to help me since I don’t speak Turkish.

Un oasi di tranquillità a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto di Istanbul e dalla cittadina di Karaburun. Raccomandatissimo.

Preis Leistung für eine Übernachtung passt, der Garten könnte etwas gepflegter sein und paar Sitzgelegenheiten mehr wären auch schön. Hotel ist sauber. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Frühstück war typisch türkisch und sehr lecker.

Odalar yeni temiz ve düzenli tek kullanimlik kese kisisel bakim seti vardı klima çok iyiydi guclu ve dogrudan size vurmuyor yaptık ve yatak takimi kaliteli ve temizdi perdeler gayet kaliteliydi mini bar bostu ama çalışıyor sallama cay ve hazır kahve vardı şarj aleti vardı fakat uygulama indirip işlem yapmak gerekiyor tv den sikayetciyim sadece a tv çekiyor a para a spor a kare atv avrupa a tv hd bukadar çok atv olduğunu bilmiyordum ve tv 24 allahtan YouTube vardı ve bir eksik banyo çok temiz olmasını rağmen gider biraz tikanmis galiba cikarken bilgilendirdim bunların haricinde hamam sauna spa salonu var fakat aktif değil zaten olmadığını söylüyorlar bir sakinca yok havuzu küçük şirin sabah kahvaltıya da bal olsaydı daha çok sevinirim ama güzeldi ozellikle cay çok iyiydi
