Montumla ilgili bilgi almak için aradığımda sorularım net şekilde yanıtlanmadı. Montun temizlenmesi için 4 gün istendi ve sonucuna dair herhangi bir garanti verilemeyeceği söylendi. Bu iletişim tarzını profesyonel bulmadım. Hizmetin sonucuna dair netlik sağlanmadığı için iptal etmek istedim. Ancak bu noktada montun 3–5 saat içinde temizlendiği ve artık iptal edemeyeceğim söylendi. Mont Colombia marka, klasik bir monttu. Bu hizmet için 20 Euro (yaklaşık 1000 TL) talep edildi ve yaşanan süreçten memnun kalmama rağmen bu ücreti ödemek zorunda kaldım. Daha sonra montumu başka bir kuru temizlemeciye götürdüm ve yarı fiyatına, tam olarak istediğim sonucu aldım. Ne yazık ki hiç tavsiye etmiyorum. When I called to get information about my jacket, my questions were not answered clearly. I was told it would take 4 days and that no result could be guaranteed. When I decided to cancel due to this uncertainty, I was suddenly told the jacket was already cleaned within 3–5 hours and could no longer be canceled. The jacket is a Columbia classic jacket, and I was charged 20€ for this service. Later, I took it to another dry cleaner and got a perfect result for half the price. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with this experience. Meine Fragen zur Reinigung meiner Jacke wurden nicht klar beantwortet. Zuerst wurden 4 Tage ohne Garantie genannt, später hieß es plötzlich, die Jacke sei bereits in 3–5 Stunden gereinigt worden und eine Stornierung sei nicht möglich. Für 20 € war ich mit dem Service nicht zufrieden. Bei einer anderen Reinigung bekam ich für den halben Preis ein perfektes Ergebnis.
