Von der ersten Beratung bis zum fertigen Ring war alles sehr persönlich, professionell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Unsere Wünsche wurden nicht nur umgesetzt, sondern kreativ verfeinert. Wir haben uns für eine individuelle Anfertigung entschieden und wurden von Anfang an sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten. :) Es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen, um auf unsere Wünsche und Vorstellungen einzugehen und alles wurde verständlich sowie transparent erklärt. Man merkt die Erfahrung und die Liebe zum Detail schon in der Planungsphase. Wir fühlen uns sehr gut aufgehoben und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzliche Menschen.

Such a lovely experience at this family-run jewellery shop that’s been around since 1920! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they patiently helped me pick out a beautiful Kashmir sapphire necklace. You can really feel the history and care in their service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality jewellery with a personal touch!

I was looking for a trusted and highly rated jeweller to buy a gold and diamond ring, and came across Goksoy. It’s a lovely family-run business, and they took the time to tell me about their family background and where their diamonds come from. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and showed me so many beautiful rings that it was really hard to choose — I ended up buying two! Both came with guarantee certificates, which was great peace of mind. My son also bought a silver ring and he’s really happy with it. I’d definitely recommend Goksoy to anyone looking for quality jewellery and great service. You can even design your own piece, which is amazing. I’ll hopefully be back next year for another visit.
