Exchanged 100 AUD at Global Exchange at the airport. There was no clearly displayed exchange rate visible at the counter before the transaction. After receiving the receipt, I realised the rate applied resulted in approximately 30% less than the market exchange rate for AUD on that day. When I asked for an explanation, staff said this was “because the amount was only 100 AUD”. Photo attached shows the AUD exchange rate from another exchange office at the same airport on the same day, included for market comparison.

Sharing my experience for future travelers: The exchange rate here was significantly higher compared to other places in the city and official exchange points (around 30% difference in my case). I recommend comparing rates at a few locations before exchanging money. Hope this helps others make a more informed decision

I honestly couldn't hate this place more. Worst service worst rates.
