Sık sıkta kiralama yapıyorum hiç bir sorun yaşamadım sorun çıksa bile hiç bir araç sorunsuz diye bir şey yok araçta en ufak ses olsun farklı bir durum olsun direkt değiştiriyorlar arabayı teslim ederken test ediyorlar adblue ve bir çok eksiği var ise tamamlayıp veriyorlar Ahmet bey ve Enes beye’de teşekkür ediyorum ????

Ev adresime yakın diye ilk defa garenta üzerinden kiralama yapayım dedim ofisleri ve araç teslim yerleri -5. katta olduğu için 5 kat indikten sonra findeks yetersiz diyip gönderiyorlar işlerine gelene araba verip işlerine gelmeyene vermiyorlar bide koymuşlar oraya 2 tane garip tipi sanki zorla biz çalıştırıyormuşuz gibi yüzümüze bile bakmıyorlar kurumsal bir firmada değillerde kendi yerlerindeymiş gibi muamele gösteriyorlar siz siz olum Avis Budgettan şaşmayın ben ilk defa değişiklik yapayım dedim pişman oldum

Birsürü yerden araç kiraladım ama böyle kötü bi hizmet hiçbir yerde görmedim. Sırf istediğim araç var diye 1 saat yol gittim. Otomatik seçtiğim halde ellerinde araç olmadığını söyleyerek manuel ve alt segment bi araç verildi. Üstüne 50 dakikadan fazla süre arabanın ofise gelmesini bekledim. Tam bir felaket

10.01.2026 tarihinde kiraladığım araçta motor suyu (ekteki fotoğraf) neredeyse hiç yoktu. Daha dikkatli olunmalı.

Rezervasyon yapmama rağmen araç vaktinde teslim edilmiyor araçlar hazır değil yıkanacakmış yerine daha kötü araçları veriyorlar müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır

Update: following the comment from Garenta, I have already sent a complaint one month ago to the mentioned email, complaint n 1500300212 . Very bad experience with this company. Their vehicles do not meet any safety standards. Upon receiving the car, I immediately noticed several issues that pose significant safety risks, Faulty brakes that produce a squeaking sound when applied. Front tires that are completely worn out, presenting a severe danger (see the photos). One of the tires has been punctured by four screws/nails. I promptly contacted the agency to report these problems; however, the office was already closed at the time. The following morning, I called again and was informed that I would have to wait until the evening to receive a replacement vehicle. Upon arriving at the designated time, the agent refused to proceed with the exchange, insisting that I repair the damaged tire myself before any further action could be taken. Although I offered to cover the costs of repair and requested a replacement car, my proposal was also declined. Consequently, I was compelled to arrange for the repair of a pre-existing issue that originated months ago, for which I am not responsible. As a result, considerable time elapsed, and I was compelled to cancel my trip for myself and my family. This unfortunate turn of events has caused us significant emotional and physical distress. Given the absence of any viable alternative, I have made the decision to return the car and request a full refund. However, to my surprise, I have been charged more than 2000TL ! Furthermore, the agent, who has displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He even admitted to being aware of the dangerous condition of the car, acknowledging that it was unfit for highway use, yet still handed it over to us. I filed a complaint to the company, but it looks like they don’t care about the issue. I will update the post with any return from their side.
