bir ay önceWorst nightmare to book rental car with Garenta. I booked car from Nevsehir Airport. Team has deducted 2250 TRY from my credit card without even telling me in name of cleaning although they have security deposit of 1000 TRY (which they said will return later). They do not have courtesy to call and explain to customer before any transaction. Worst customer service. It seeems that If you share credit card with them, they will deduct any amount without your authorization in name of contract. Only bad experience in Turkey trip was to get car rental service from Garenta.

We have been customers for over 10 years, yet they refused to rent to us without a clear reason.
bir ay önceExcellente agence de location. J’ai déjà loué plusieurs fois chez eux et l’accueil a toujours été très agréable. Le personnel est sympa, à l’écoute et prend le temps de bien expliquer toutes les procédures, y compris en cas d’accident. Très rassurant, je recommande.
bir ay önceWonderful experience at Garenta office. It’s in a great location on Taksim Square, in the same building as the InterContinental Hotel (near the main entrance). The cars are parked on the 2nd basement level, and you can reach them easily by elevator from the hotel entrance. I got an excellent price on a 4x4 with a nice drive. The staff were very helpful, pickup and drop-off were quick and smooth, and communication was clear and friendly. Tip: Before picking up your car or after dropping it off, stop by the hotel’s main entrance and enjoy a good coffee (see attached photos). This was the best rental car experience I’ve had in Istanbul. I highly recommend this location.

Jantta ki mercimek büyüklüğündeki bir siyah leke için 1 saate yakın bilgisiz personeli tarafından Continental otelin otoparkında resmen esir edildim,belkide aracı o şekilde verdiler. bununla alakalı imza almaya çalıştı o personel.

2 ay önce엄청 친절합니다. 모하메드 직원은 한국어 번역시켜주면서까지 설명해주시더라구요. 단순한 고객응대가 아닌 진심으로 도와주고자 하는 마음을 느꼈어요.

3 ay önceUygulama üzerinden araç kiralama işlemini yaptım. Ofise gidip aracı teslim almak istediğimde aracı vermediler. Hem kredi kartımdan ücreti çekip hemde aracı vermeyeceksiniz neden uygulama var. Planlanmış işlerim aksadı. Toplantıya geç kaldım. Zaten karşılamaya da tek personel koymuşsunuz hem işlemler yavaş hemde sonuç başarısız. Bence firma olarak bi silkelenmeye ihtiyacınız var. İnsanları mağdur etmeye hakkınız yok.
