Harika bir konaklama
My stay at the hotel was marred by a disappointing encounter with unhelpful staff. Their lack of courtesy and willingness to assist left a sour impression on my overall experience. Also it was not clean and do not provide you with the basic needs(tissues, shampoo) when finished. The reception is always empty. Any if not, stuff are unwilling to assist you. Many thanks to Shakoor, he was the only stuff willing to help. Free parking is available and the apartment is spacious.
If there was a 0 star that's what I would give this place. The water cut off 3 hours prior to us checking out without notifying anyone in the building. They wanted us to check out however I could not do I paid extra to stay 1 night so I can shower and use the toilet. When I arrived back home in the evening our water was cut off. We waited 3 hours for them to respond. I asked for another room which they gave us but it was extremely unclean. Would not recommend this residence to anyone.
This is one of the best place to stay for business, leisure or Vacation in Istanbul. I was there with my family. Safe and private. Basketball court, swim pool and a nice big park on site for kids. I will recommend ???? ???? it to everyone.
