اسوء تعامل .. حتى مع الاطفال .. استغلاليين لابعد حد .. غير محترميين في قمة قلة الادب . بالمختصر عند وصولنا لغو حجز الشقة وقالوا انها تاجرت وغيرو السعر للضعف وصاروا يساومونا عالسعر الجديد وبقينا على جدال ٤ ساعات طبعا شرطة السياحة في اسطنبول ماالها علاقة بالشرطة وقال مامنقدر نعمل شي تجربة سيئة جدا ونحنا على جدال معهن جاء شخص وكان اله نفس المشكلة وقاللنا هلا كنت في مشكلة معهن لنفس القصة .. لاجل تجربتنا السيئة معهن كرهت انزل اسطنبول مرة تانية ولولا انه النا اقرباء باسطنبول نمنا بالشارع

It was an excellent and comfortable ten-day stay in a well-equipped hotel apartment with a good kitchen and some cooking utensils, and a very high level of security. Transportation was excellent; the taxi stand and metro station were just minutes from the hotel entrance. The hotel reception staff were outstanding and very helpful. They spoke English and were easy to communicate with, readily available to assist with any requests or services we might need. They were friendly and welcoming at any time, 24 hours a day. Room service was excellent, with daily cleaning, changing bed linens and towels every two days, and providing bottled water, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), toilet paper, etc. Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way, and if we return to Istanbul, it will be our first choice, and I highly recommend it.

L'appartement hyper mal nettoyé. Sale! Ils n'ont même pas changés les draps, le sol était sale! J'ai prévenus Booking.com et les services d'hygiène en Turquie. Ne louez surtout pas cet appartement
