Film almaya gittim çalışanlar orada zorla tutuluyormuş gibiydi. İçeri giriyorsunuz ne bir güler yüz ne bir merhaba. Egolu egolu hareketler anlayamadım. Bir daha ürün almayı düşünmüyorum kimseye tavsiye de etmeyeceğim. Ürünü oradan aldığım için çok pişmanım.

Garanti kapsamındaki bir ürüne hiçbir neden ve sebep göstermeden üstelikte açıklama yapmadan ücret talep ediliyor. Çalışanlar Egolu ve çok yüksekten konuşuyor, fakat merkez çalışanların aksine ürünümü ücretsiz bir şekilde tamir etti ve gönderdi. Bu durumdan dolayı mahcup olan personel başka bir şey uydurarak hakaret, tehdit gibi sebeplerden dolayı hakkıma dava açtı. Buraya gittiğiniz zaman personele karşı kendinizi koruyunuz. Mahkemede sonuna kadar bunun hesabını avukatlarımla beraber soracağım.

Fuji kullanicisi degilim fakat iyi ki Antalya'da boyle bir yer var. Personeller coook bilgili ve yetkin ve nazik. Her konuda destek veriyorlar, etkinlikler, egitimler muthis. Fiyatlari mantikli

The store had a good selection and Emrecan was very helpful and patient with me while I asked tons of questions. He has personal experience with many of the cameras and got me pointed towards a great setup! Just wanted to add an update. I trusted them to get me a good setup since I didn’t know much about cameras and lenses. I bought this 9 months ago now and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ve learned so much since then and knowing what I know now I would have told myself to get the exact things they recommended. They didn’t try to over or under sell me on any of it just to make the sale. The price I got with the conversion rate was insanely good too!

this is a formal request I bought a lens and a bag and few other electronics from your shop but I lost both the bill and the Tax Free form. Please help me provide a duplicate One

The staff of the tax refund company was good and solved the tax refund problem for me. But I still want to say that this is still a very unpleasant purchase process. Including the bad attitude of one of the clerks when I went to the store. (the other clerk "Erdem" had no problem and was friendly. It was also because of his friendly attitude that I chose to return to the store to buy the camera again after hesitating.) And because of this tax refund issue, I spent a lot of time explaining at the customs, and the long process of writing emails to try to contact the staff in the past month. I want to say that respect is mutual. I have been polite throughout the entire process of the purchase. As a salesperson, please also have the minimum respect for customers. I think this way we can both get what we want. Previous comments: Please note, please do not buy any Fuji cameras in this store. I came here as a tourist to buy a camera.
