Очень довольны услугами прачечной! Сдавали в стирку много вещей, в том числе детскую одежду — всё вернули идеально чистым, свежим и аккуратно сложенным. Видно, что к вещам относятся бережно: ткани не повреждены, пятна полностью выведены, запах приятный и ненавязчивый, что особенно важно для детских вещей. Заказ выполнили точно в срок, без задержек. I had some laundry washed here on Christmas eve, it was delivered back to me, at my hotel on Christmas day, it was clean and smelt nice and was very nicely folded and packed into the suitcases I'd left it in. 10/10 it was expensive but worth it.

The best place to get your laundry done if you’re around this area and much better price than what the hotel will offer you. Both Mr & Mrs who run the business are such lovely people. Please do support this honest business if you’re in the area. More than satisfied with the service and definitely will be popping back before I flight out. Keep the good job guys

Трижды стирали у них вещи, прекрасно говорят на русском, Английском, турецком и азербайджанском языках, качество стирки хорошее, средства явно дорогие, одежда после не имеет химозного запаха, делают быстро, цена 250 лир за кг. Что в 10 раз дешевле отельных услуг.

Larada otelde konaklarken, çocuklarımızın kıyafetlerini yıkatmak için kuru temizleme aradık ve en yakın bu şirketi bulduk. Googleda 4.4 yıldız olduğu içinde güvendik. Ama maalesef bizim tecrübemiz hiç iyi değildi, o yüzden kendimde yorum yazmak istedim. Birincisi fiyatlar kilo ile hesaplanıyor. Biz 3 kilo gelen giyisiler, 4,5 kilo olarak hesaplandı. Ikincisi, ne zaman kuru temizlik hizmetine başvursam, her daim ütü hizmeti içindeydi. Bunlarda ütü yapılmadan kıyafetlerin hepsbi poşete sıkıştırılmış bir şekilde teslim edildi. Teslim eden elemana sorduğumda, bide terbiyesizce cevapla karşılaştım. Bu yorumu okuyan herkese tavsiyem, bu şirkete yıkatmasınlar kıyafetlerini.

Arranged collection of laundry from hotel and delivered back the same evening (even though was expecting it the next day). Good quality service and great communication in England over phone ans WhatsApp. Save yourself an extortionate hotel bill, two adults and two kids - it adds up!

I am extremely disappointed with their service. All the clothes I gave in for cleaning came back in horrible condition. They didn’t even bother to check the pockets—if there was tissue or anything inside, they just washed it as is, which completely ruined my clothing. When I raised this, they had the audacity to say “there must’ve been tissue in your pocket.” If you are providing this service, it is your responsibility to double check pockets—that’s why we are paying you. On top of that, the clothes clearly weren’t washed properly. Some items smelled like old, oily clothes, some had no trace of detergent, and no detergent scents. Nothing was consistent. My tops and pants came back creased, with marks still on them, and looking dirty. Even after keeping my clothes for a whole day to “rewash,” there was no improvement, and when I went to pick them up, I was told there was nothing wrong. This is completely unacceptable. I’m disgusted and very disappointed with their service. I do not recommend anyone to go here. My clothes came back smelly, creased, and in terrible condition.

Excellent service - 35 euros rather than the 600 our laundy would have cost at the hotel!

Perfect : we were staying at Concorde hotel and traveling with kids for 3 weeks needed some of our clothes to be washed, I contacted them by WhatsApp and was recontacted shortly after, they speak English, affordable prices compared to hotel laundry service , they accept card payment, they pickup and deliver at the hotel directly and all of that with smile ! :) Perfect from start to finish, I can only recommend

Reasonable pricing. Clothes smelled really nice afterwards. They charge a nominal fee to deliver clothes to me at Concorde Deluxe Resort. Highly recommend! They take credit card payments.
