Nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet, egyből kaptunk ellátást, a biztosító és a személyes adatok egyeztetését követően azonnali segítségnyújtást tudtak biztosítani térítésmentesen. Az ellátás színvonalas és gördülékeny volt, gyógyszert is felírtak receptre. Nagyon hálásak vagyunk és köszönjük a segítséget!

Laitoin aamulla whatsapissa viestiä johon reagoitiin nopeasti. Paikanpäällä oli ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta ja sain nopeasti apua vaivaani. Käynnin jälkeen minut vietiin takaisin asunnolle apteekin kautta. Kaiken kaikkiaan kyyteineen tähän meni aikaa hieman yli tunti. Mikäli jatkossa tulee tarvetta saada terveydenhuollon palveluita olen yhteydessä samalle klinikalle????

Virkelig god service af lægen og sygeplejersken Hakan. Professionel og menneskelige samtidig. Desværre fik vi i familien en virus fra kleopetra Melissa hotel og fandt denne clinic på nettet. Der er service fra start til slut med at blive hentet i bil , konsultation og aflevering igen. Brug dem hvis I bliver syge som mange gør påmvores hotel , men ellers hvis I er i alanya. Zobrali mi sem syna z hnačkami a vracanim. Do 10min vyšetrenie a do 2.5hod stečená infuzia. Všetko podrobné vysvetlené a komunikácia na 100% úrovni v angličtine. Velmi milí a ochotný personál. Mne počas čakania bolo poskytnuté občerstvenie a zabezpečený z nemocnice na cliniku a transfer na hotel. Môžem len odporučiť. ????????????

A lehető legjobb szolgáltatás amivel valaha találkoztunk. Nagyon segítőkész, kedves orvos ült bent este. Azonnal el lettünk látva, a biztosításunk mindent fedezett. Hogy őszinte legyek a filmekben nincs ilyen ellátás. Köszönjük még egyszer!!

We needed medical care in Alanya after my son was scratched by a cat and needed a rabies vaccine. First Care Medical Clinic was very professional, kind, and helpful. They arranged everything quickly and took excellent care of us. They provide round-trip transport to the hospital and handle all the paperwork and procedures, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We are very grateful and highly recommend their services.

The clinic is highly recommended. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to assist patients. The doctors and nurses are gentle in their approach, which inspires trust and a sense of safety. The atmosphere in the clinic is very pleasant and welcoming, with excellent organization. I would especially highlight their expertise – all procedures and examinations are carried out carefully and thoroughly, with detailed explanations and advice. They truly combine professionalism and warmth at the same time.

Hatte im Urlaub plötzlich starke Krankheitssymptome bekommen und war körperlich sehr schwach. Da ich nicht ins Krankenhaus wollte, schrieb ich der Praxis bei WhatsApp. Hatte direkt eine Nachricht erhalten und 30 Minuten später wurden mein Partner und ich beim Hotel abgeholt. In der Praxis angekommen (welche extrem sauber war) wurde ich direkt untersucht (inkl. Blutabnahme, Vitalparameter-Messung,etc.) und behandelt. Sowohl der Arzt als auch der Krankenpfleger (der auch in einem deutschen Krankenhaus gearbeitet hat) waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, verfügten ebenfalls über sehr gutes medizinisches Wissen. Die gesamte Behandlung hat ca. 2 1/2 Stunden gedauert. Der Pfleger hat regelmäßig nach mir geschaut und sich nett mit meinem Partner und mir unterhalten, das hat gut abgelenkt. Mir ging es schnell wieder besser. Wir wurden samt eines Rezeptes für die Apotheke wieder beim Hotel abgesetzt. Alles in allem fand ich, dass ich in sehr guten Händen war und habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Daher auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert, wenn man wirklich medizinische Probleme hat. Vielen Dank☺️
