Genç bir delikanlıdan aldım ilaçlarımı dün. Hali tavrı gayet güzeldi ve çok güzel ilgilendi. Başka bir eczaneyle yaşadığım problemi de çözdü. Kendisine teşekkür ederim.

İnsanlara işinize geldiğinde para varsa her türlü ilacı temin ediyorsunuz. Ve keyfine insanları ayağınıza çağırıp gelin ilaç verelim diyor sonra diğer müşterilerin yanında dalga geçip aşalıyorsunuz!! Durumu zor bir hastanın gel ilaç verelim dedikten sonra vermediğiniz ilaç yüzünden başına birşey gelse bütün sorumluluğu kabul edecekmisiniz? Üstüne aşağılamanız dalga geçmenizde cabası...gözünüzü para bürümüş sizin!! Ama gerekli heryere şikayette bulunacağım bunuda belirteyim.

I walked into this pharmacy and the employee asked the woman in front of me if she was Iraqi or Syrian. This caught my attention as it seemed discriminatory. Then they proceeded to ask me the same question. Clearly this is not the way you want to be greeted in a pharmacy after leaving the hospital. I asked the employee why ask me a question like that? Why does it matter? He said we don’t give out free medication. I do not think this was appropriate what so ever! Asking customers a question like this is uncalled for and ignorant. I do not recommend using this pharmacy. They are racist and discriminatory towards people who are of Arab descent. If someone is in need of medication I’m sure that they will find a way to pay for it so a question like this is NOT needed! I suggest you review your routine practice and make use of your time to treat ALL people with respect regardless of where they’re from because at the end of the day someone’s culture, race or place of citizenship or ethnicity should not matter. Especially when someone is purchasing medication!
