Esenyurt göç idaresi

Bugün göç idaresinde randevumuz vardı. Her zaman çok yoğun olan göç idaresi yoğun değildi. Ayrıca tüm personeller güler yüzlü ve bilgili şekilde yardımcı oldular. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim

Ben yabancıyım eşim Türk adres değişikliği için gittik çalışma iznim bitiyor çok az kaldı aile oturma izni adres değişikliği gerekiyor bize kapıdan almadılar hamileyim uzak ötürüyoruz randevusuz almıyoruz dediler bir de en yakın randevu 15 gün sonra nasil yapacağız bilmiyoruz

Никакой очереди. Отличное отношение. Доброжелательный персонал. Все услуги при Гёч Идареси имеются. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

3 yıldır yenileme ve diğer işlerim için buraya geldim doğru üzün bir sıra var ama çare yok devlet de bizim için 50 kişi buraya koymaz! Ve Çalışanlar de normal bir insanlar ve kötü davranmadilar hiç benimle, sadece hep sürekli eksik bir şey istiyorlar benden ???????????? yapacak bir şey yok, Ayrıca her gün binlerce kişiyle konuşuyorlar, bu yüzden biraz anlayabilmek lazım buranın çalışanları

Having to come here to get an approval for a visa extension was one of the most riveting, bitter experiences I've ever had. The employees here set a new standard for bigotry that is unparalleled anywhere. I came here to renew my visa in 2023. One of the employees who was responsible for doing my paperwork at the end withheld my passport, while I didn't notice until I was at the airport! So I doubled back with a taxi, once I arrived, I was trying to explain to the guards -in full official police uniform- that I was looking for my passport in English, and they started mocking me as if we were on a kindergarten playground! I managed to get inside and made my way to the last station I remembered and asked the guy about my passport. He then stood up and began to yell profanities in Turkish "Yabanji!" (Turkish slur for foreigner) and in English "No passport!" and "Iran go home!" and he told me that he had called the police on me! I had no idea what was going on, until I was seated outside of the room. I heard them bickering and arguing for 10mins until one of the guards came and handed me my passport from her desk. It's shocking and outright disgusting behavior, especially when it comes from government officials with no accountability to anyone.

In comparison to other locations, you have to stand in line outside for 2-3 hours with an appointment. Long wait times and lack of coordination are expected from majority of government offices unfortunately. This is not something new and happens throughout many countries, not just here. The staff takes their time to explain and answer all questions you may have and speaks English which is helpful. I believe they’re doing the best they can with the working conditions they’re given and the volume of people needing to be seen daily.
