Nice staff and great service. I rented a small car, and they smoothly delivered it to me at IST Airport with a cash deposit. When I returned the car at SAW Airport, the deposit was fully returned. Overall, a very good experience. But I think you need to contact them personally, there website is not updated.

I really liked this company, the big advantage is, they accept cash. Unlimited distance is allowed within the city. The car was in a good condition.

Very good service, we rented Citroën3008 of 2023. The vehicles condition is very good and clean. The price is fair, including all insurance, the car has electronic payment method for highways, we paid when we return the car. Pretty convinient. It was a ideal car rental company in general. A pleasent experience.

I recently visited Istanbul & was looking for Rent a car as I was having a Trip to Cappadocia along with my family. Ermo Service was Superb & very Professional People. Miss Arzu give us a car & after that Miss Tuana contacted & follow up, however both of them are exceptionally good & supportive. Even they are closed on Sunday yet with the support of Miss Tuana I was able to Return the car at their garrage. I would strongly recommend to rent a car from Ermo whoever is going to Istanbul if you need the best services. Thank you Tuana for all of your support
